Marie’s power seems to be more than just blood. It’s closer to biokinesis, and she can work with cells and DNA in more intricate ways. Her sister was freshly dead and she brought her back, which suggests her ability goes beyond blood control. She also doesn’t need to see the blood. Every time she used her power in training, and at the end, her eyes were closed while she was sensing it. I think Cipher wants Marie to alter people’s biology, such as depowering supes or selecting which powers people develop with Compound V, as well as how those powers change and evolve. (my far fetched theory is that she took something from jordan, cate and emma to bring back her sister a sort of transference)

So Tired

I have a theory. After watching what Marie did, it feels like Marie and Victoria don’t actually share the exact same power, which I always suspected were different. Victoria’s ability seems more like Hemokinesis (Blood Manipulation), since all she’s ever done is rupture, burst, or manipulate blood flow when she has a direct visual target. Marie, on the other hand, just proved she must have biokinesis (Life Manipulation) when she fully healed and brought her sister back to life after her throat was slit, something Hemokinesis alone could never do. To me, that’s even more proof that Victoria is a restricted version of Marie, limited only to blood, whereas Marie can affect entire biological systems such as healing, regeneration, and possibly even reviving life.

Also notice when both Cipher and Sister Sage was doing the do. She covered Cipher's face and was looking at the burnt man (Thomas Godolkin).

Jordan mentioning how Cipher was "always in pain" when he took over their body was also something that seemed 'weird' as well

i’m sticking with the theory that the person in the chamber is controlling Cipher… would explain why Marie sensed no V in his blood but i also think it’s more deep so we shall see 😂😭

Sooo my theory is just that cipher is actually godolkin because when him and sister sage were...getting active? 😭 she was looking at the man, not him, so marie is supposed to revive him I suppose? So he can control the higher position leaders (like homelander?) at least that's what I'm thinking? Idkkkk
