Not a big fan of these movies but I’m very curious about this one for Dominic Sessa, since I bought (metaphorical) stock on him immediately after watching The Holdovers.

I'm Batman

Just finished y'all's reaction to it. This movie is an improvement from the 2nd one, not a fan of how Thaddeus was taken out though. Personally I'd just end it at this one but that's just my opinion. First one was perfect, for my liking, 2nd one was alright but nowhere near as good as the first one. And this one is a bit better than the 2nd. The opening was a bit cheesy but it didn't take long for me to get invested. I'd say this is a 3.75/5 for me. Didn't rate the other 2 so I'll do that now, a 5/5 for the 1st one and a 3.5/5 for the 2nd one.

These movies sole purpose are to be fun and as long as Im having fun with these movies they are fine with me with the 2nd movie found it boring glad this one got back to just being fun like the first one scores for the trilogy 1st: 5/5 2nd:2.5/5 3rd:4/5 Im fine with possibly another movie but they should stop there kinda poetic really 4 movies to go with The 4 Horseman

Great to see our original cast again, was good seeing Isla Fisher/Lizzie Caplan in same movie & no way is Thaddeus is gone for good, I have belief that it was all some elaborate magic trick & his fine/hiding away somewhere, Veronika played a good Villain here so that ya was happy she got caught & fooled. Quinn talking about the clarity of Diamonds to Oak was gold! & we gotta see those breakaway pants sometime! hehe, LOVED that we got an F1 segment in the movie, Vanderberg could be a cool team to have in it for real & that poster of Veronika posing with looks like they were doing their own (budget) version of Lewis Hamilton there ha & yea that steering wheel was definitely not like the real ones, but I did appreciate the car sounds they had in & the magic tricks that involved slight of hand were cool & I was satisfied with the twist at the end, "no matter what cards life deals, you have to make your own magic" was an inspiring true line for us & I would like to see a final 4th one, LOVED all your reactions/discussions for this one (DD tapping his name plague when everyone was talking about diamonds ha) thanks great for an enjoyable time as always! ❤️

I really enjoyed the movie, it wasn't as good as the first one but it was far better than the second. I liked the new additions, I loved having both Isla and Lizzy in the movie and I thought the ending twist was pretty good. From what I've read they did use a fair amount of practical magic and effects, with the cast learning how to do magic tricks, hidden crew members, fishing line, camera tricks and timing in the movie, especially at the chateau where they actually built the illusion rooms, rather than using a ton of CGI. I also thought Rosamund Pike was great as the villain.

The Holdovers is such a great film and he was so good in it!

Cristy

The first one is definitely still the best by far this was fun though. It was great to have Isla/Henley back.

Yes was just going to say the same thing! The Holdovers is so good, one of my newer favourite Christmas-ish movies I now watch every holiday season.

This was a lot of fun😊 and looking forward to Badd Medicine guys possibly doing a 2 versus 2 escape room for a challenge at some point😁

The room where you are big and small was most likely not done with green screen. When I grew up they had those rooms at amusement parks and science centers. It was a very popular room to take pictures in with friends. My friend looked like a giant compared to me. It's just an optical illusion that works so well! We would run back and forth and my mom would laugh and laugh!
