so the creatures that killed Thalia were Furies not pegasi,. You actually met one in season 1, Mrs Dodds when she tried to kill Percy (winged demon like creatures that pass as humans). Wont say much else, cuz i dont want to spoil anything, but one thing to keep in mind, in terms of how Percy acted at the end of the episode, inside the car… remember the prophecy Kronos was saying. A Half Blood of the Eldest Gods. Right now, Percy is the only known living Half Blood of the eldest gods (Zeus, Posideon and Hades). But who else could that possibly apply to? Who else could the prophecy be about? Also, for future reference, even though Posideon has other children, only Percy is ever referred to as the Son of Posideon. Son or Daughter is strictly used to refer to demigods, aka half bloods which are half human and half god. Also Blackjack! My beloved! he is a huge fan favorite. And it was sort of subtle so not sure if you guys picked up on it, but Percy can speak to him. Posideon created horses, so Percy can understand and speak to them

Also, in terms of story… its a 5 book arc. Just like Harry Potter is ultimately a 7 book arc, Percy Jackson follows 5 books, and with season 3 in post production and season 4 now underway its a good bet thats what they are following

If you guys like Percy Jackson, there's something I think you guys would enjoy that's basically a musical version of The Oddysey and you'll see/hear some familiar names in there. It's called Epic: The Musical. It doesn't have an official movie, but fans of the shows have made animatics (animations basically) of the songs and people have created playlists with them. I think you guys would really enjoy them! It would give you guys a lot of backstory/context clues that I think you guys might not know about.
