Megan D

Love this movie!

Tania R

I grew up with Jumanji, and watching you guys react to it makes me feel like a kid again🥰. Thank you so much!!! You’re the absolute best ❤️

Mariia K 🇺🇦

No way noone have never watched! Unbelievable 😆

Badd Medicine

Only Oak. Answer and Quinn have seen it. All have seen Jumanji welcome to the Jungle and Answer hasn't seen Jumanji Next Level.

kayla ☆

this absolute banger

Jakhiraj✨

One of my favorites! Rip Robin Williams ❤️

Justin Russell

I love it when 80’s and 90’s movies get thrown into the schedule!! So glad everyone enjoys this absolute classic!!

Walter White

RIP Robin Williams. What a legend

John Fellios

You all need to watch Hook. Bangarang!

Dylan Hearts

Monkeys for MVPs! Never gets old, I rewatched (on old VHS tape omg) the scenes with them so many times lol Another childhood favourite! Awesome reaction, I'm glad the guys loved it. And since this movie I always liked Kirsten Dunst, highly underrated actress that deserves more accolades for many of her fine performances (with all respect to DeBose in West Side Story, Dunst should have won an Oscar for The Power of the Dog, she nailed the character perfectly). I agree about everything was said about great Robin Williams in the comments, and also note that a good composer James Horner (who died a year after Williams) also is deeply missed, his score often made the vibes of the movie.

Devonte Campbell

You guys HAVE to watch Night Patrol, it’s a vampire movie that just came out 1/16/26 on Shudder. Starring CM PUNK, Justin Long, Freddie Gibbs, and Jermaine Fowler you gotta check it out!!

Olive_Sandy

This was such a fun watch with you guys! It’s one of my fave films so glad you all loved it as im excited to watch the other Jumanji films 😍

Iben Frederiksen

One of my favourites, a masterpiece. I really like the newer sequels, they are a lot of fun, but this first one is both fun and wholesome

Iben Frederiksen

Does you seeing the sequels include Zathura? Because it was technically the first sequel to Jumanji :D

Gio rgia

Simply iconic!!!!!!!!!!!

Shannon

So much nostalgia!! This movie used to terrify me as a kid 😂

Ally

I think a watched this movie a 100 times as a kid, and I never noticed that the dad and the hunger were played by the same actor until you pointed that out 😅😅😅🤍🤍🤍

Ginger

You guys should totally watch Hook. Such a classic.

MynamecouldB

Zathura too would be awesome!

Sammy

One of my favorite childhood movies 💚 It just has everything - heart, humor, and action. Happy you loved it so much, great reaction 👍 When Peter turned into a monkey 🐒: “A law of Jumanji having been broken, you will slip back even more than your token.” “Slip back” as in regressing - not just on the board, but in evolution… hence the monkey 🐒 Saw this movie countless times... and I never noticed that the dad and the hunter are played by the same actor 😅 *hiding in the box of shame*

Marcus Sjölander

I am so sad that the new ones aren't actually Jumanji movies, just cashing in on the namrThey have so much they could

MynamecouldB

I hope so. It pretty much is the spiritual successor of this Jumanji.

Stacey

Oh you guys have to do hook!!!!

Javier B

Best Jumanji movie. Rotten Tomatoes were on crack when they rated this movie

Megan

I'm so glad we're getting the Jumanji series! I hope Zathura also make it on this run!

Leisha

Hope you guys do Zathura as well!

Maisie

Raise your hand if the Jumanji drums scared you just as much as the Jaws theme. 🙈✋

Stephen Hert

Hook is my favorite Robin Williams movie. Hands-down. And there’s a lot of of them that I love.

Stephen Hert

Hook is GOATED. DEFINITELY NEED TO WATCH IT ASAP.

Lauren

This movie represents everything I miss about the 90s. Robin Williams alone makes this a 5/5 for me. And I do appreciate the differences with the newer version and how creative they were, but this version will always hold a special place in my heart. You guys NEED to watch Hook in February!

Maisie

Does anyone know what Answer said at 36:10-ish?

Lauren

“Triple X adult films”

Maisie

Ah, thank you!

Anthony Velasquez

How can anyone not love this movie don’t get me wrong I like the remakes but they don’t hold a candle to the original I don’t even care if the special effects are clearly outdated this movie will always be a 5/5 for me

roxie c

so glad you loved it!!!

Anthony Velasquez

Also since you guys brought up Little Shop of Horrors in the reaction any chance we get a reaction to it in the future?

Matthew Glover

YESSS!! It was a childhood favorite of mine. such a fun movie

sarina

gosh i haven’t seen this movie since i was like 6 years old! the cgi is definitely 90s, but i still love the story so much! watching this as an adult makes me appreciate the comedic parts so much more

Megan

I don't know if you've seen the movie "Hot Chick." Adam Sandler has a cameo as a pot dealer and there is an African drums bit. The entire time the drums intensified, I immediately had the Sandler scene pop up. It made me laugh the closer the kids got to finding the game. 😂😂😂

Mister Lou

Classic Robin Williams movie!👌Classic Bad Medicine reaction👌

Crispy

I still have this recorded on VHS somewhere lol the good ol days when they put a record button on the tape player XD like literal piracy button haha

mdl

Went to vote Richie Rich on the site after it was mentioned. Haven't seen it in over 30 years but my memory of it as a kid rates it highly.

hails

Fun fact about the movie posters for Hook and Jumanji from your friendly neighborhood art history nerd: they’re both made by an artist named Drew Struzan who recently passed (2025). LOVE that the guys noticed his style!! He also did the harry potter sorceror’s stone poster, the original indiana jones posters, and the original star wars posters. He painted them with acrylics and colored pencils. Amazing artist!

FRV

This was my favorite movie growing up! I remember begging my dad to rent it every weekend.

Annie Baylin

This was my first time watch as well. I'm so happy I got to watch this legendary movie with the guys!

LadyReignOfDreams

This brought back so many memories and unexpectedly a lot of (happy) tears watching, remembering great times watching this with my mom. She's still here but a lot older and I really miss the old days. Anyway, they really do not make movies like this anymore, to me the CGI sucks a lot today, so rewatching this years later, it's still well done. Also I know you guys were laughing haha, but the movie had great serious moments, important lessons, and shocking scenes. Whole cast was amazing and loved feeling the nostalgia. The newer movies were good, but nothing beats the original. I miss the 90s SO bad. Great reaction! Hopefully you guys watch "The Little Vampire" soon.

Cristy

So much fun, thanks guys! MQ is scared of the monkeys meanwhile I'm freaking out about the pelicans lol.

Juley

Short answer: No OSHA in 1969. Congress passed the law to create OSHA in 1970. Probably too many kids roaming around on factory floors and in construction sights!

Miss Freaky

Lol - Monsieur Oak, how many belly laughs did you have during the movie? I counted 3 so far and only half way thru the movie thus far. Jumanji is one of my many favorites of Robin Williams' movies :) What's your favorite Robin Williams movie? Ps - Hello Quinn and Answer! :) Take care!

dimine

When the hunter goes into the store you can hear the mexican national anthem, I'm mexican and I thought I was going crazy because I don't remember that, although the last time I saw this movie was a long ago

dimine

So I just did a little digging and it turns out they removed it in Mexico, that's why I probably don't remember it, it's against the law here to use the national anthem for comercial or mocking purposes. It's my first time watching it in english! haha

Emily G

You guys HAVE to watch Hook (1991) and Peter Pan (2003) they are both fantastic and I think the guys would enjoy them!

Kacie

This was so fun!! Im going to go vote for Richie Rich right now!

I'm Batman

Man I'd go crazy if y'all watched Peter Pan (og or live action) and Hook. Hook is my favorite Robin Williams movie that and Toys (which isn't available on streaming or digital purchase either which is quite sad really). Anyways, glad y'all loved this movie, such a classic in every single way. The score is phenomenal and everyone in here was top notch with their performances. And man what a set piece when they returned to the house and it was all junglefied. I don't care if some of the cgi is outdated, it didn't take me out of the movie in any sort of way. Just a great great great great movie. And hopefully we get Titanic this year lol. Anyways (again), this is a 5/5 obviously.

Aubrey

Moments of real joy just feel extra special right now, and watching the guys' faces light up was so much fun. I thought Peter looked like a cross between Teen Wolf and Augustus MayWho from the live action Grinch!

Alanna Meyers 🍌

Always hoping for Titanic. And Hook and Peter Pan would be so fun too

Michael

Hook! Pleaseeee

DustinEatWorld

I already requested One Hour Photo on the recommendation section :)

Brittney Alvarez

Hope you all watch Zathura! A cool little Jumanji spin-off from 2005. Think Jumanji in space. But glad ya’ll loved it. Watched it countless times as a kid. Gotta say Oak.. the only part of Jumanji that terrified me as a kid was the bats coming out of the chimney haha. Hopefully it won’t bother your kid.

CapitalTrymesWithP

I don’t how many times I have seen this movie but I never get tired of it!!!!! The music, the comedy and also it’s a little scary….all makes it just a fun ride. The director also did captain America and a movie u have to see called “the rocketeer”!

Hailey

1:53:20 - Oak: "Nothing was ultra terrifying". Meanwhile, I had nightmares from this movie as a kid and couldn't rewatch until my teens lol

Ellen Clarke

Oh this movie terrified me when I was a kid 😅

Kayla

This movie managed to blend comedy with horror (yes the CGI and plastic show their age, but the monkeys and spiders still freak me out) and drama so well. I do wish the newer films had that horror, the mandrill came pretty close. For more Robin Williams I suggest Night at the Museum where he plays Theodore Roosevelt both as a wax figure and a bronze statue, though the bronze is the 3rd film. I noticed on the recommendation page that it is listed, the sequel and 3rd film not yet. Highly highly recommend watching the whole series so you can see the cameos in the 3rd film
