Is Bridgerton coming next month 😭👀🤞🏾

Just heads up season finale comes out early next week too, tuesday 8pm central for you guys.

Jeff K.

Love seeing Clancy Brown pop up. He makes every project better. Plus, it’s the second straight episode that a prominent actor who did a voice for the original game has popped up in the show (Ron Perlman has been involved with all of the games, and Clancy was a voice actor for the original Fallout).

I don't think the congresswoman was in on it. It seems like she was used in some way. And just being a head powering the mainframe seems like a terrible fate.

Something I noticed when watching the last episode again. Betty was in the room when they said that they get to choose which vault runs out of water. So that means that Betty knew that the water chip was gonna go bad .. unless that was something they didn't think of. But unless they made a mistake she would know the water chip was gonna fail in 33. I dunno how I feel about there being only one episode left coz it just feels like the only way it's gonna work is if they rush it or if they don't close everything up unless it's like a 2 hour episode. This whole season was nothing compared to the first season. This is just all over the place. Too many storylines without enough time to really flesh them out. :/ I don't really mind it so much. I'm enjoying it but it's just too much they're trying to stuff into when there's only one ep left.

Just remember back to who initially had Cold Fusion when the series started - the Enclave. And we saw the same character who stole it - to take to Moldaver - in a flashback with Barb. He was also under threat of harm to himself and his family if he didn't make sure Barb put that idea of VT dropping the bombs out there. And House mentioned another player in the game in the last episode. In the games, the Enclave is the remnants of the US shadow government. So it's possible the Congresswoman was a part of it and it's possible she wasn't. I'm thinking maybe she was. Awful convenient she showed up in Vegas when she did.

This season really felt like they were marking time until S3. Feels as tho that's the season we're gonna get seriously deep into it. IDK if that's because they were dancing around the lore of New Vegas or what so much.

Not a avid Fallout gamer so don’t know much of the creature lore but I think its becoming pretty clear Thaddeus is not a ghoul

Jeff K.

I’m pretty sure I know what he actually is, and put it in the spoiler chat. Of course if you don’t know Fallout lore you won’t recognize what it is (I don’t think it’s a creature type that’s been in a game since Fallout 3 but I could be misremembering?). But yeah, I’m pretty certain he’s not a ghoul.

Every group in the Fallout universe has its own "flaws." Some like the Legion's are huge, while some like the NCR are as Lucy said "vaguely problematic." Those groups include companies like Vaul-Tec and Rob-Co ...as well as political groups like Moldaver's and the U.S. government.

JHow

The only problem with that is that those creatures are made by smushing three people together, hence why i don't feel it would be right if he actually turned out to be one of them.

Jeff K.

If you guys ever play the games, you’ll realize how bonkers a plan it was for Max to try to tank a Deathclaw using only melee. That’s next level. Also guys: nothing that happens in the present in this show will be from the games. The show is set years after the events of all of the games so it’s charting its own path. The only potential game spoilers might come via flashbacks.

Jeff K.

Oh, for sure. I could see them tweaking the lore on that one though, especially given the person who dosed Thaddeus has "medical credentials" that are... dubious. I have one other potential thought on what he could be turning into, but who knows. I'll be very curious to see where they take the character.

Jeff K.

Yeah, the more I think about it (I was originally thinking she was an unwitting pawn in the Enclave's scheme), the more I think she must be an Enclave plant, because how else does a low level congresswoman with almost zero pull or constituency get face to face meetings with the president?

GoWonderful

Mason nearly hit the jackpot on what Mr. House needed cold fusion for. Yes, we Fallout gamers already know, but since the Legion still exists, we assume House has the P-Chip, but could not activate it until they had the power?

GoWonderful

Hopefully, a future season will cover the other groups they had only teased or mentioned. I really want Bad Medicine to know more about the Enclave, super mutants, and the native tribes. I'll be disappointed if the story ends with just the ramifications of House activating the P-Chip.

LilithCain

I'm still thinking about S1 when they said six factions, not companies or gangs, were after the key to cold fusion. So...the Enclave, the Brotherhood, the NCR, and likely the Legion...and then...?

Waiting for the minutemen to make their appearance if thats the case 👀

This season really is building things up, but we all really need to see what is going to come in the next episode. What they are building up to could easily come to a head in this next episode, gears are in motion, but all of those things will have more to deal with after they are done. The next episode is going to come to a head that will have a huge consequence to set up season 3.

Eboe Thrasher

I mean, it was supposed to go to House. She took part in diverting it to the "President" - 100% House was in on it or the President was compromised and she ended up as the mainframe as a result.

Eboe Thrasher

No matter what, House clearly found them and she ended up taking the brunt of it.

Eboe Thrasher

I can't be the only person who saw when he was walking down the stairs, the subtitle sound description of "spurs jingle" and hoped that we were going to have "Jingle, Jangle, Jingle" close out the episode. They haven't used it yet have they? I can't remember. That and Big Iron are a couple of my faves.

Eboe Thrasher

You really should at the very least do a playthrough of Fallout New Vegas on the channel as that is the most applicable game for the show.

Eboe Thrasher

I wonder why they came out of their vaults so much later than everybody else? I guess it was the experiment and general fearmongering from leadership. But of course, Hank knew that people had been living up there...

Eboe Thrasher

The NCR are just a pain in the ass.
