Starting off, the hilarity of having Elijah being the keeper of the one ring. I give this movie a 3.2 because I like that the lore was explored a bit more (not much) and the ending was pretty good. And I loved the Danforth siblings. The foster sister storyline was too much filler and detracted from the story. First film is still my favorite.

Loved rewatching this. It’s shocking at the time but when Titus and Ursula took out the oldest Danforth, they did it because he knew as the head of the family he wouldn’t make it/another family would take out Grace before he could. Also, I love how she keeps outsmarting everyone and I expect that to continue if and when they do a third. Would’ve been funny if an end credit scene included the woman who drove off sitting at like a fancy restaurant then suddenly exploding 🤣

This was a super fun watch. I actually prefer it to the first one, and I think it needed the story of the sister to give the movie a bit of a heart and someone for Grace to fight for, instead of just her fighting to survive like the first one. This was great.

This isn't a genre I lean towards, but I had SO much fun with this silly movie. Loved the inept Total Eclipse of the Heart fight, Elijah Wood's bemusement at it all, and Samara Weaving's valkyrie cries, - what a beast!! Also that guy is playing a SteamDeck, not a knock-off Switch! :)

I liked the sister storyline but I understand why some might not. I think if it was just Grace being hunted again, it’s like the same movie again. Adding the sister adds more stakes and also differentiates it from the first.

Had they not established "orphan wanting a family" in the first, the sister angle might've worked better. But she literally didn't add anything and like Grace said, she was there solely to slow her down. If you removed her completely, it wouldn't change the movie at all. It's still Grace being hunted, her sister didn't matter at all. And since this was a continuation of the first movie, a change to the storyline isn't needed. Had they threatened her she would've started all over again to survive, she didn't need a push (sister) to play.

Honestly, they should've left this movie alone; it didn't need a sequel. Don’t get me wrong, I love the cast, but retconning the first film by completely ignoring her foster sister felt lazy. Trying to expand the lore with different Satanist families is fine, but the execution completely fell flat.

Had a good giggle over Quinn's facial expressions with his "How Much Damage Will There Be?" & him saying about slicing the hand & then it happens the way he distains it straight after & the witty humour of "I Think She Hit The High Note There" hehe 😂I think I enjoyed this sequel more than the first one cause I liked the Sister storyline in this one, it added an interesting layer to the movie & LOVED how they had Elijah Wood's character was the keeper of the ring, that was comical nod to his other Film Franchise hehe, Liked your reactions to Titus "I Don't Feel Like It" & to Grace's epic "Bath Time" line & yay for the Brian Tyler shoutout, DuckHunt game reference & was cool seeing Cheng Fu with a Steamdeck console.
