So at the end of the episode when Kate kills shetty she touches Marie’s hands and tells her not to help shetty. So Marie couldn’t do anything to save until she was dead. This episode is such a good semi finale and I can’t wait for the episode next week! Also ATLA live action just dropped the trailer and I would love to see you guys react to it! It looks so much better that the movie that shall not be named.

For the last episode make sure you watch the after credit scene. There is one for the last episode.

So excited for the next episode lol. And this one was so good too! The whole scene at Shetty's house is really tense - I love how they keep you unsure of what Cate's doing at first. Also uh, #TeamCate haha. Shetty just went a bit too far with her. Totally lost Cate when she asked her for 'one last push' to kill the rest of the kids in the woods. Could have made it out of there if it weren't for that 💀

Robert Singer. "Dakota Bob". Cracks me up every time.

Not sure if you guys are aware but the official trailer for avatar the last airbender dropped a few hours ago!

yeah.. Cate touched Marie's hand and commanded Marie Not to help Shetty. Marie then pleaded "Cate please please you have to let me save her." Cate responded that she was so sorry Marie had to relive this..

I'm with Quinn on the rushed Sam turn here. That was so oddly rushed. And Doctor Cordova just wanders in and says all that super secret info out loud?? I get the vibe that they needed to move things along quickly and only had a certain number of episodes to do it. I love the writing in this show, but this episode was a little weird for me. Still, I can't wait to watch the finale with yall!

I think it makes sense that Sam would be this way. Every interaction he has had with non-supes has been him literally getting tortured. Every interaction he has had with supes are humans mentally manipulating them into doing what they want. The only people who actually helped him are our group trying to put a stop to the woods. He joined and stayed with them real quick because they were helpful and of course Emma lol. The issue now is that he is being hidden away from an entire world that he's never known. We see him exploring everything in Emma's room because he finally gets to see what life is like outside of his 10x10 feet room. Now he meets a new group of supes who aren't telling him to hide away, they're telling him that he can do anything and there is no reason for him to hide. They're also telling him that he's better than humans and they deserve to pay if they basically don't treat supes like they're gods. It makes sense to me that he would do what he's doing based on what we've seen of his character. We have the benefit of knowing that he is rushing way to far into things, but all he knows is torture and that he finally got out of the hell he's been in and will do anything to never have to go back.

Is it just me or has the uncut version of 1x5 been taken down? I can’t seem to find it?
