I am shocked, shocked! That I am the first one to comment on Tom's obvious glee when reporting on a child fighting ring. Was he just jealous that these kids got gloves, and cookies when it was over? And not, you know, wagered upon by an unclear string of juvenile delinquents?

When I was 12 or so, we used to play a game in the “alley”(8ft wide, fenced utility easement) of our neighborhood. First, everyone gathers together, then you shoot an aluminum practice arrow from a 20lb compound bow straight up. Last, everyone scatters. If the arrow doesn’t land on someone’s garage and no one is injured, repeat.
