L: Working on this illustration for the Inayva Mon article — still in the color testing phase and playing around with background ideas!

Top version is a flat color base with a brighter, almost storybook feel. The bottom one leans more atmospheric — dusk in a glowing forest, maybe a hint of something magical just off-frame.

Trying to find that balance between mystery and charm, while making sure the character stays the focus.
Also experimenting with how much detail the bamboo should have, and how it frames the composition.
