Season 2 is peak. It’s the reason why most people are excited for this show. It’s gold Just make sure you watch the next ant-man movie and Multiverse of Madness first. I think those are required viewing but I barely remember those movies cause they certainly are not peak 😂

There's a theory about when Wanda became the true Scarlet Witch, it was the same time as the thunder happened in Loki Ep6. It was a nexus event that He who remains doesn't know anything anymore after that. Wanda should've not happened.

I'm not sure if Loki is in a new universe tva or if Sylvie killing Kang changed the history of the tva to one where another version of kang created it and didn't hide away at the end of time. I can't remember if season 2 explains this or not so I'm not 100% sure, but I think the tva is supposed to be singular and exist outside of the multiverse. Idk man this stuff is confusing

The only real connection between the movies and S2 is the post credit scene after S2 and that's just one tiny mention. I would say the movies and S2 happen pretty much parallel to each other so no need to keep an order

Just go to season 2. Yes Strange and Ant Man movies help understand timelines and stuff, but they don’t directly jump into what happens in Loki season 2. Just make sure to watch them after season 2 tho.

The "Thanos Copter" is actually a thing in the comics and a huge Marvel meme and they referenced that here (maybe google it). I guess it was too stupid to give Thanos an actual Helicopter in the MCU xD Alligator Loki got his own little digitial comic book series after these episodes. Season 2 will be even crazier.

No, it's definitely more important to watch Season 2 after Quantumania because Quantumania makes YOU KNOW WHO out to be the big bad, while Loki Season 2 basically wraps up that story. Watching Quantumania after season 2 means you get the closure before the build-up.

He who remains is Kang the Conqueror. He's in the comics, before the new Doomsday the route of the multiverse was going to have Kang as one of the main villians but some timelines got changed and delayed so we yet have to see what happens if at all. The show is definitely the basic of understanding the multiverse because its just going to get crazier from here in the movies lol . Also, Loki's character's arc is just so good here..

I recommend watching heavy spoilers or emergency awesome videos on YouTube. They break down every marvel show and movie. It will really really help you understand everything that has happened. They point out so much key stuff I missed or just didn’t know about. It really helps to understand and know everything that happened.

not sure if this has been mentioned yet but marvel originally had a plan for the post endgame marvel universe centered around the guy in purple (kang) but i’m pretty the actor got into some legal and criminal trouble and so they had to to completely change the plan to be around doom. doomsday was originally called kang dynasty.

If you watch Loki’s season finale and WandaVision season finale at the same time around the 27 min mark when kang freezes the music syncs up and that’s the exact moment Wanda becomes the Scarlet Witch just emphasizing how powerful Wanda really is that it even shook him

I know you love a good intimidating “big bad”, but He Who Remains was designed to be all-powerful but timid, he’s running from himself. All the war-hungry versions of himself are now on the way. He was trying to tell them “I’m the devil you want, I promise, but go ahead if that’s what you want to do” Tried to warn them that equally capable versions of himself will be freed and set upon the cosmos if you don’t let him maintain 1 central timeline… it’s honestly some of Marvel’s most brilliant writing. Silvie represents trauma and the permanent damage it does to people. Loki represents a reformed reject. He would’ve had to kill Silvie to keep the universe intact and he wasn’t willing to. Loki will now learn the price of sentiment. You hear him ponder sentiment constantly throughout the Infinity saga. Even in the first Avengers he said the exact word twice while fucking people over. Sentiment was his final undoing that positions him to do the hardest thing he’ll ever do.

Season 1 was fantastic. We didn't actually know at the time there would be a season 2 so the biggest surprise for a lot of us was if you watch the credits looking for a scene they have a "Loki Will Return" message like they do at the end of a lot of the movies, and it said he'd return in season 2.
