this is the most v ever i mean you guys always watch content of when they’re younger and when you see their newer content you assume different bc they’re more mature and more themselves than ever. he isn’t trying to be jungkook like jk would not wear suits and tie like taehyung does on a daily their aesthetic are so majorly different. the most similar members in taste would be like taehyung and rm, why would tae try to be jk tho? like in your opinion why do you think that is? sometimes the members do look a bit alike bc of the makeup but if you’re an army you’ll see them soo different from one another.

Some of these comments so far are a little harsh lol I haven’t been able to sit down and watch it yet but this is definitely V! You guys have seen him younger and everything but he’s always said he wants to try different things and the way i interpreted his mv is that the outcome is the same whether or not you’re in a relationship or not! in the end you should love yourself and live the way you want to (hence the ending with 2 V’s) :) he’s also a notorious romantic which i feel like goes with the whole old soul thing he has goin on lol

It's all V, but (at least in some scenes you can see) with a brow piercing (real or fake). He looks a little bit different in that scene, but that's the makeup/light, and his forced still face. I loved the video and the lyrics as well. The lyrics captures that moment when two friends are at a point where they say things that makes the other feel more than friends and they are at the verge of crossing the line to be friends or lovers. I like the Fri(end)s word play as well. To me, the two V's at the end mean that we are alone, having someone or not having someone: the only person we are together all the time is ourselves. You can be sad when you are lonely, but we should not base our happiness and self-love on loving someone else or be loved by someone else. (It's also a theme in BTS videos and lyrics as well and they are constantly teaching us to love ourselves.)

Just saying the comments(not all) on the RM video were crazy overreactions, u literally said that’s how you interpreted it. Which is a very logical look at that video and lyrics, whether people agree or not that’s up to them. They have they’re own right to leave ofc, but I’m just saying insulting people because they have a different take is so wild. About the Jk and V thingy if they were from different companies and secretly disliked each other THEN I could see it being a mockery/diss typa video if that’s where y’all were going with the way he chose English and the piercings. HOWEVER I think I’d be a terrible idea to do something like this because they’re (1) from the same company/team (they’d have so many people angry) (2) IMO they don’t look anything alike lol, (3) to my knowledge there’s no bad blood between V and Jk (they’re not as close as they used to be, as they’ve admitted, but I truly believe they see each other like family.) Also that could’ve been way off base of what y’all meant and maybe just about fans being too invested in their love/personal lives etc typa thing or way different, but I just gave my two cents. I love y’all’s videos and like the honesty, whether I agree or not, opinions are opinions and nothing wrong with saying them (as long as we are all being respectful.)

Oh man, if there was another man in the world that looks like V he is lucky AF. He is an actor. He tries to look different all the time. When I first started I did mix up JK and V a lot. I think tae and jungkooks aesthetics are too different for tae to be getting inspiration from his look. Tae is more into suit, ties, old school classical type look while jk likes to wear all black, baggy jeans, thick platformed shoes. I think at the scene in the diner he had heavy eyeliner on which made him look a lil different lmaoooo

See, this is what I didn't want. I didn't want you guys to feel you have to sensor yourselves heavily on here like you do on youtube. That would take all the fun out of this community. Although, I do get a bit sensitive about the comments towards Army, I do want y'all to be able to talk freely about your thoughts and interpretations. Like, I feel you wanted to talk about V's sexuality here but stopped yourselves. I've, personally, questioned it for a while now. Also, in regards to the RM video, I thought back to when I was a new Army and I had a lot of the same thoughts as you guys. It was really difficult for me to understand, as a Westerner, how RM and Suga could be such old school type rappers and at the same time want to be part of a boy band. I questioned if Suga felt constrained and was unhappy in the band. Took me a while and lots of content to understand that they gain strength from the band and support that fuels their solo work. They can do and be both. Instead of being put in any box, they can do all of it. You were right about a lot on that video tho in terms of RM feeling like he has to put on a mask for the world and even for Army. But, I don't believe it's because he hates the group just frustration with all that comes with being in the idol system and their massive success. He talks about it and cries in Festa 2022. It was extremely hard on him to put up a face of perfection and speak for the group to the world at the UN and the White House. He was a 20 something guy not knowing how to navigate it all. We see them now being more forward with who they are and I hope it continues in the future. Anyways, I hope we can come to a happy medium and respectful understanding between all of us. Please don't sensor yourselves with your interpretations, but understand that we are here out of genuine care for you guys and want to guide you based on what we have learned from many years with the guys.

I can’t be the only one that speculates from time to time and also, if someone is LGBTQ they speculate because it’s fun to find out someone famous might be like you. If you are not lgbtq and you speculate it just means you are open minded. As long as it isn’t mean spirited, there is no harm. If they heard us they would probably laugh because, let’s be honest, they do stuff all the time, on purpose, just to laugh. Also, if any of them were together, yay them, they are awesome people and deserve to be happy. My two cents.

It was V throughout the video. He is a very versatile person when it comes to styling. If you had seen some of his more stylistic shoots for magazines etc, you would have no doubt. Regardless, when they were younger, there were instances when people had trouble identifying who was V and who was JK…. Sometimes I’d do a double take to confirm it…. Cuz with the same black hair, styled similarly etc, they can look a bit like each other. 😎😄…. I’ve even seen similarities between JK and Jin at times….

V is the only member in this video, jungkook is not in the mv at all. That is Just what grown up current Day v looks like. The scene where you think it looks like jk or a mix of both, is only V with a fake ring eyebrow piercing, and the hair styled in a different way.
