Wow. I hadn't seen this particular performance, so thanks for reacting to it. Love you conversation too. You're so right...it's perfectly fine that you said what you did about Yoongi in the beginning. It just shows how deeply you're connected to him now. It's cool. :)

EleP

I have goosebumps😭 please watch his film from a solo concert🥹🙏

I'm so happy you reacted to this! The Last has a really special place in my heart and i cry everytime listening to it. This song resonates so much with me and i love how open and brave Yoongi is about Mental health. As someone who grew up with it beeing something taboo, i'm glad he decided to share his struggles with the world. He is really someone i look up to and i can't wait for you to get to know the Min Yoongi as he really is! Thank you for the reaction.

This song earned my deep respect to Yoongi. His raw lyrics, where he bares his soul is heartbreaking and cathartic. You could really feel his pain and anguish when he released this song. Thank you Jody and E-man for your reaction.

Maeee

PLS react to his whole D-Day concert one day, I beg. Yoongi is just it for me. as for as music goes. He'll make u feel that shit

Maeee

OOh I know what yall are reacting to next, based on what u said! glad yall will hear that song too. Thnx for the reaction, always excited for a yoongi video

Out of all the members I relate to Suga the most, he's really overcome a lot to be who and where he is now. He stated his first mixtape which this song was on is full of anger cause that's where he was in life ,but as the agust d albums go by he gets calmer and more content.

Listening to The Last always gives me goosebumps and makes me want to cry. Suga's voice is filled with so much pain, sadness, anger, but also strength and pride that he managed to defeat the monster. Please listen to the studio version of this song again. There are some nuances that are not clearly heard in the live version. There are a few theories about this song (I will emphasize that this is just speculation): 1. The concert he is talking about when he was hiding in the bathroom is probably the concert in Kobe, Japan, in 2015. The concert was canceled. Officially because Suga and V got sick and were hospitalized. Suga later wrote a letter to ARMYs. He felt bad about the canceled concert and it was bothering him. After some time, he visited Kobe again. He also mentioned that he was working on his mixtape (his first mixtape - Agust D. The Last is the seventh song on this compilation). Full text of the letter: https://btsinterviews.wordpress.com/2022/01/13/160110-yoongi-twitter/ 2. When Suga rapped “the doctor asked me if I’ve ever…”, the rest of the lyrics were drowned out by a long beep. It is speculated that the doctor asked him if he had ever thought about suicide/self-harm, and he replied that he had (“I answered without hesitation that I have”). It is also said that the long beep sounds like a heart rate monitor when the heart stops beating.

If he gets calmer, then that means he is healing.... that is great news.

Kimberley

I agree I want him to be happy he deserves it.

I love this reaction and I love Suga, he said that D-Day was a lot calmer than Agust D and D-2 because he’s no longer angry at the world. And as a person who is healing I just love that he’s healing.

Jodys Corner

That is so dope! I love that he is healing. Truly amazing

Many songs have shown us that he has found peace now and has healed. His last concert before enlisting was very powerful. He couldn't make it through some of the songs, thinking about his whole journey. Army finished the songs for him as if they were holding him up, just as BTS has lifted Army up for so many years. It was so touching to watch. One of the most beautiful musical moments I've seen.

Yoongi is a stoic but powerful person. His healing journey has done a lot to heal others and that connection can never be explained or broken. Man is the artist of my life. I also didn't get his appeal at first. Makes the connection even more powerful IMO.

Watching your views on Yoongi change over time has been cool to witness. I knew you guys just needed time. I've always said that he's not one of the members that really hit you right off the bat when getting to know bts. He grows on you and once you understand him more he always ends up as one of the top faves or the favorite. He and Jimin have been my favorite members since I got into bts and a lot of the reason why I love him is because of how unapologetically himself he is. In a world of music(kpop especially) where everything is so curated and "perfect", Yoongi always being raw and authentic is really refreshing.

Awesome reaction, love it! The way he writes about his pain and suffering with such honesty is incredibly brave. He is so beautifully sincere. You really see it when he's performing live. What's amazing about Suga is that even though he's quiet and "in the background" somewhat, he is the genius behind many of BTS' songs and ideas. Suga brings the humane side of BTS out a lot with his storytelling and straight up truth.

JKLS

Love this reaction and your thoughts on Yoongi. Thanks and much love.

This song and many others from yoongi always made me cry. He writes from the heart. No BS.

Yoongi is my bias in BTS, I relate to him a lot. When you get to know him, his songs, how caring and honest he is. Is impossible not to love him. I’m glad you guys continued your BTS journey and changed your mind about him 💜

Yennhi

this song is release in his first mixtape Agust D in 2016 just so raw that the first time you hear it, you can literally feel the pain in his voice. i was so speechless honestly the first time i heard it.. back in 2016 like i had no idea what to think, but i felt so many different things the part My fans, keep your head high with pride Because who can do it like me uh (nuga namankeum hae uh) this is the parts when ARMY was screaming the lyrics as for suga got me goosebumps

Jodys Corner

It must make you feel so loved by Suga the way he makes you feel and how he is always thinking of you. (Army)

.

If yall are still doing other groups too then I recommend twice killing voice

Linda

Suga brought out each BTS member on different nights during this tour and did a song with each (except jhope & Jin they were enlisted) but I HIGHLY recommend reacting to those. They were really good. He had RM one night, next JK, then Jimin. After doing a song with them he let them each do one of their solo songs. It was really dope.

Suga is my forever bias for a reason
