I think in Season 1 Rue was substituting drugs for Jules. She stopped clinging to drugs and started clinging to Jules. And at the end started freaking out that she was ODing on Jules by going on the train. She started thinking about her mom and sister and left. Went back home and relapsed. A+ season.
