Your on the right track after you get the army membership then you go to “[Notice] BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN NORTH AMERICA & EUROPE Ticket Information” there should be a link to sign up for Army membership presale

Also make sure your Email from your weverse account is the same with Ticketmaster!!!! Other wise you won’t be able to get tickets for the presale, They getting strict this year

Then once you sign up for the Army Membership presale you are able to use the code under your Army Membership to get in the queue for Ticketmaster
