Tony never physically abused Carmela. He got physical with that other chick who committed suicide. Carmela knew the pros and cons of being married to a mob boss from day 1. Earlier in the episode when she was talking to Jackie Jrs mom she said that she knows about goomahs aka side chicks. They are both trash. I understand completely where you are coming from with this show addressing certain things consistently. Some things do get addressed, but they are to far in between. This was a ok episode and I'm very interested to see the next episode reaction.

Naw he's never hit her. He's been only verbally abusive overall to her. He slapped that crazy chick who said she would tell his wife about them.
