So just to clear it up for you BTS was announced to be a 6 member group and they had kept V as a surprise member. Aneesa (the creator of The Rise of Bangtan) had intentionally skipped V in the first chapter as he officially dropped his first vlog on 10th July , 2013 , 2 days before their debut showcase. Rise of Bangtan is a really well made series as it showcases really important moments of the members . I hope you guys will drop the reaction . But definitely no pressure. Do as you feel . So, I believe they trained for 2-3 years before debut. Jimin and V were in middle school at the time. V was always there but was kept as a secret from fans in the beginning to drum up excitement and interest when he got announced. Also, the company was very confident that V would be very popular based on his funny and interesting personality. So, he was a nice surprise for fans right before debut. It's up to you, but, I really hope you give us the reaction here on Patreon. 99 percent of us can handle it and we know you by now. Also, starting with episode 2 there are deleted scenes and bonus clips for each episode. 💜

In korea ,middle school is from grades 7-9 ...jungkook was 15 when he joined...it was jungkooks middle school graduation photo....I'm not sure why the other members weren't in the photo at time..I assume they just weren't present at the ceremony. but they were trainees at the time, and they were living together. V was apart of the group..the public just didn't know about him until they debuted. I think sometimes you guys are too quick to judge or think something isn't true, but you're going based on you're own very limited knowledge of bts. Just being completely transparent. I think sometimes you go off on tangents, and its just like.. if you were to just listen a little closer ,you wouldn't be misunderstanding things so much.

Please react to the Rise of Bangtan I think will understand alot more and things will make more sense to you. And begin to come together!! If you watch things out order you will experience learning curves when it come to BTS even in their music. Their albums and songs tell stories. The episodes of their travel shows growth between them and different stages of their career.

I think this was probably already said but it explains in the second episode why V wasn’t there, he was hidden until debut. Also, when it comes to ages Koreans count ages older than other countries. So if JK says he is 15, we would know it’s 13 in international age. When they are born they are 1 yr old and then at New Years they gain a year. Then it’s birthdays after that. The Rise of Bangtan is actually really accurate and done in order. The label Bighit and Hybe have strict rules about misinformation and it would have been taken down by now. Knowing your personalities a little bit, I think you will really like it if you continue. If you don’t want to put up the first one, that’s fine, but try to put up the second one. Ty. Off to work!

I agree. Honestly the creator was really true to actual events and used the best clips. It also is done to appeal to everyone and doesn’t just appeal to Army. I think Jody is right to be a little suspicious of the info he watches because some Army present things to support their narrative not the actual history but the person who did this was really fact based and has some clips that you can’t find anymore of journalists being xenophobic. They took them down because it showed their bias.

You could go by timeline and go to Bon Voyage season 2, or jump to the most recent travel content which is either "Bon Voyage season 4" or "In the Soop season 2". The in the soop (meaning in the forest) is during COVID so it's in Korea, and they built an whole village of villa's with pool and basketball court for the boys to enjoy for 2 weeks. So it'd be fun to see a difference in scale and budget.

On ROB if you look closely you can see V dancing in rehearsal clips, the restaurant clip, the music vid clip and the photo shoots. You can choose to go chronologically to Bon Voyage 2 or personally I recommend In The Soop 1, because it’s a bit more recent and shows their personalities much better. It’s just them chilling in the mountains without any producer set challenges or games. Just the guys having fun and being brothers, reminds me of watching Real World when I was younger but with BTS lol.

I would suggest doing In the Soop next for a bit of contrast. Bon Voyage shows them when they're traveling and pushed out of their comfort zone a bit, In the Soop showcases their more relaxed nature, and what they're like in their down time. It would sort of give you the whole picture of who they are as people

A good one to check out is In The Soop it’s very good. But the reason you probably didn’t see V was because he was the hidden member he joined before Jimin but wasn’t seen to the public until after debut for unknown reasons he was always there just never on camera.

I really loved this series. I don't think you remember, but I told you when you started to watch that at the end, when they are doing these interviews you will see how they all drew their own conclusions and learned from this experience (e.g. when Jimin says he lost his suitcase because staff take care of them). This trip gave them a lot of fun, memories, but also lessons. It is heartwarming to listen to them. They are intelligent boys. I saw you shaking your head at J-Hope's 'important business-u', but he did it because they were not actually allowed to take photos with people. I don't know their rules, but they are also in contract with BigHit/Hybe, so they can't always do whatever. The member that's breaking rules is actually Jin; he cut his own hair in a live even though they were not allowed to do that. Also, rules/contracts could have changed over the years as well. My second fav member is V. I think his way of thinking is super unique. They all know each other, but V is very observant: he knew how they behave when they are hiding something etc. He is a lot of fun to watch and listen to. Yes to all the Bon Voyage seasons and In the Soop as well. Whatever you feel like watching next.

JK joined in June 2011 at 15 Korean age/13 international age. The order of them moving into the dorm is; RM August 2010, Suga November 2010, Jhope December 2010, JK June 2011, V September 2011, Jimin May 2012, Jin July 2012( Jin already lived in Seoul area so he was the last to move in) If you’re interested here’s the link to the OG post from JK himself of his middle school graduation on their blog thats still up! It appears Jin, Suga and Jimin attended the graduation. OG Armys seem to be harder to find due to how much the fandom has changed. I don't think ARMY has changed but the fandom has expanded to a new age where even OG Armys get called out on social media for inside jokes they've made for years. But they are still around and we still connect in safer spaces.
