See the thing is I definitely agree that completion is healthy, cuz yea you definitely need people to challenge you once in a while, But when it is constantly between friends, at a certain point it’s gonna become unhealthy. Friends are supposed to have each others back not think that they can do what you did better than you. And I don’t think that’s being a “yes man” it’s being a friend. At a certain point the competition is what you will only be thinking abt and not the well being of your friend and vice versa. I have been in that situation before, with my best friend when we were younger, although I loved her, I still always wanted to do better than her but that just led to me not being able to feel happy for her cuz all I could think of was doing better. We became much much much closer after the constant competition between us stopped. There is a difference b telling your friends the cold hard truth vs trying to literally just do better than them at everything lol, it ain’t the same thing at all. Not competing with you ain’t lying to you. People shouldn’t kid themselves into thinking that them trying to one up their friend is for their friends best interest 🤣…respectfully I swear, I liked the conversation

I'm on Eman's side about going back to your friend. Military is not about who is first. It is about trust, comradery and teamwork. Would you trust your friend? Imagine the reality: You are in a warzone and your friend saves himself and doesn't give a fuck about going back to help you. I would not rely on that friend for shit. I wouldn't even call them a friend. V was not the last to join but he was hidden - the agency was thinking they are creating a thing for revealing him, because he was lovely and funny and they thought he would be very popular. I don't know why this was necessary, but then again, it was in 2013 in Kpop, so they tried their best, especially because they needed BTS to succeed or they would have gone completely bankrupt. Jimin joined last and had a very short training period, only about 6 month before their debut. Jimin was born on October 13, 1995 and V on December 30, 1995. I read in a comment somewhere that "V was born before 1995 was over so Jimin is not alone". 🥰 I think everything is just that different dynamic that we don't know (especially some of you, boys): they sleep together, share food etc. because they were young when they lived together first: you remember they shared a small bedroom, they made their own food and there was no mine/yours; they had to share. They had their own clothes, but Suga admitted that he wore JK's underpants once. (LOL) But if you remember, I said that they love hugging pillows and/or each other when they sleep. I think it is cute and loving and not weird for me. And finally, man Jody, when you saw V's lying pose, you went to sex right away. It is a VERY difficult pose especially for men. They do it for stretching the thigh muscles and ligaments for dance, not to... ahem. You know? 😂 Anyway, I don't mind you watching these videos, because it does show their dynamic, even if edited and out of context, but maybe the funny videos or Run BTS episodes are better. I think us here are more into those not the shipping ones. Shippers are on YouTube. Looking fwd to In the Soop! And perhaps more Run BTS, music videos, dance practice and live stage or concerts. ❤️

When it comes to taekook all I have to say is put me in the middle👏🏾☠️also like some have mentioned, the jikook video was from a ship channel so they’re gonna focus on sus moments to sway ppl. The other 2 videos have been from armys that want to actually highlight the duo’s friendship. I think ppl are reaching when they say jikook makes them side eye the most bc they all do that sus shit to the same extreme. Maybe it’s just some ppl seeing what they want to see idk

I think one of my favourite things about jimin is his friendship with taemin , on suchwita (you still need to watch btw) taemin casually says jimin has a similar gender neutral flare to him , while he’s delicate , he’s able to balance that with masculinity to portray his art . Taemin is very open with his genderless appearance/identity, he used to be teased and over sexualised for his younger ‘girly’ appearance into which he was just smaller , had long hair and softer features , fast forward 15 years and he’s embraced his looks and puts the way he wants to identity first rather than what other people expect of him , and I think this is present with jimin to, and it’s nice jimin has these people in his life , especially being from a country where theres little to no room to directly express sexuality or identity .I know the chances are low but please if you ever get the chance to , check out taemins episode on suchwita with jimin and suga

I agree about Taemin. He had a hard time in the military being bullied and my personal opinion is that that is the reason JK went as companion to Jimin in the military. Also JK can be sensitive and shy so Jimin can help him too. People have been known to harass JK about his style and haircuts before, calling him a girl. I’m so glad they aren’t alone in there. My opinion…

Yeah about the jk being teased about his haircut, I haven’t been an army for the longest only around 2 years now , but when jk had the Bob hair cut last year , I couldn’t tell if it was a joke or not but people would make fun of his long hair ect

I have it too and it's a great photo book. Linda, you said in your other comment that he and Taemin have the same gender neutralness - I watched that Suchwita episode too and I totally understood them. I like that they embrace being both masculin and feminin and that could be similarly their sexuality, but not necessarily. People tend to think looks equal sexuality, but it isn't always true.

Sorry for the spam , random thoughts , I also view the military experience the boys are going through now is obviously so stripping of their own identity, it’s literally taking their rights away . All of them undoubtedly probably found it hard to accept they have to do this ,but leading up to the day jimin enrolled I couldn’t help but notice more than anyone , he seemed to be playing it off /laughing it off in a way to either comfort himself or comfort army , we can tell he found it especially hard to shave his head , telling army’s ‘he doesn’t want to be seen in this light’which is understandable I don’t think anyone would also , while tae said he wanted to gain muscle and weight, jimin wanted to remain the same as he looked before entering , , but going back to my other comment about taemin , being stripped of something that helps you express something you can’t openly say is so degrading, not just to jimin but for many idols who’s appearance is utilised to express their identity and or sexuality . As im typing this I remember an incident that happened before jimin and jk enrolled together, I can’t remember if it was solo fans , antis or another fandom that purposely made fake rumors of jimin taking ‘sexual advantage’ of Jungkook and that he was going to do the same thing in the military with him , and they took these rumors and sent it to some officials (can’t remember what they’re directly called if anyone can help) which they were notified of this and were going to take ‘action’ or investigate jimin about this . Goes to show how some people will literally go to any level to bring jimin down , embarrass him ect just because of his bond with other members , I’m not sure what happened in the end with that situation, if anyone knows more than I do then pls comment but the fact this was even a thing in the first place is disgraceful , sorry for typing so much ☺️

I have to agree with Eman you shouldn't challenge your friends you should encourage them. Yes, that’s what I meant and also the crop tops for Calvin Klein combined with the haircut. I remember he went to that premiere with V and people were horrible about his hair. I mainly brought it up because some people think them being companion soldiers is all about Jimin but I don’t think any of the guys wanted JK in there alone either. It made sense to pair them up. Also Jimin is always quick to say that JK is going to protect him but I think he does that so that people will see Jk tougher than he is. He protects Jk in a different way plus, I think they are tougher than they look. When you grow up with bodyguards, being on your own in the military must be overwhelming though.

@jody yeah those are not army at all. Those were solo Stans. Solo Stans only like 1 or 2 members of a group and hate the rest of them. Or with K-pop other fandoms would do any thing to bring down a group. Like it's real beef between some fandoms but those are just crazy fans. Most of the things you hear negatively about fans ARE NOT ARMY. They are either other fandoms which they call antis pretending to be army to make army look bad or those are solo fans. The K-pop community is crazy especially in Korea they take it so seriously. It's insane

Jimin was reported to Korea’s ‘Ministry of Defense’ for “forcing his homosexuality” on Jungkook. Not entirely sure who made the report either, but definitely NOT an army. Just someone who hates Jimin. It didn't go further than a report though. The ministry was simply notified of the complaints and that's it lmao, I'm pretty sure they only acknowledged it because they were being spammed with such complaints. But it wasn't ever taken seriously by them.

I hated those comments that were trending on X a year or so ago stating they wanted Jimin to be gang raped whilst in the military. It’s just awful what some of the other fandoms or anti’s do. I don’t think Korean people see Idol’s as human. I wondered if that was another buddy system reason. To be honest both JK and Jimin have black belts and box. Not to mention their strength and conditioning from years and years of maintaining stamina to dance non stop. Think that’s why all members are excelling in the military. They’ve worked their asses off for over a decade.

Subscribed for bon voyage, but the commentary in these videos is very odd and extremely uncomfortable so I don't think I'll be renewing or watching anymore videos. You're either objectifying women, bts, or asian people. When you're not doing that you're fighting, bullying or ganging up on each other. Also, straight people obsess over sexuality more than queer people. Straight isn't the default. Unless someone says their sexuality you don't know if they're straight or queer. it's not a "straight until proven gay" thing. That being said, there's a difference between people appreciating the bond between members and shippers. Most shippers are straight people that fetishize gay relationships in the first place. Especially toxic ones always turn out to be homophobic as well. Also also, being comfortable with your masculinity doesn't mean you have to force men to do what you think is comfortable. People can be secure in themselves, their masculinity, or sexuality and still have boundaries and be uncomfortable with touch from whatever gender. If it's truly a toxic masculinity issue, then that's a personal journey and not something to bully someone over or force someone into. That requires personal work and reflection, not force. Overall very weird vibes and commentary, this entire video was extremely uncomfortable to watch.

also, yes i feel with jikook it comes mostly from jimin, jimin has a cruash on jk by the looks of it. but With taekook its both v and jk, trust me taekook have had LOADS of sus moments even behind camera which u guys haven't seen. And it is intiated by both V and Jk equally. Also Taehyung has worn clothes that are have been lgbtq related too
