Not yall finding out about yoongi ACTUALLY being sus🤣🤣if those translations are correct bc there is a lot of disagreement around it then I think eman is right, that’s more so pansexual. I would not 100% say Suga is bisexual (although of course he may be bisexual, but openly, I'd seriously question that). I think that article was out of context and interpreted in one way that fit the LGBTQ in S-Korea narrative. I looked up way back the original transcription of that interview with BTS (it was not an article, it was a Japanese recorded interview). Suga said this: "I will look at personality and atmosphere. I don’t have a particular type. It’s not limited to the opposite sex either, I will pay attention to impression and how they create the atmosphere to judge whether this person is compatible." I agree that this can all be about sexuality, sure, but it may also be that he judges people the same way, whether a woman or a man. You know? I don't want to copy and paste here, but lmk if you want me to DM it to you, Jody.

back then jimin wasn´t given singing lessons only dance lessons he never actually learned how to sing from the beginning he just learned how to find his unique sound. but starting from that without knowing the right technique is not good but they didn´t have time. he used to sneak into the vocal class with jk and Jin back in training days. he used to rap but was really bad at it. i think it was because of Jimins body, he was very muscular and athletic so they wanted him to be a bad boy. but he was the total opposite. but after i need you, they changed their look and they were allowed to be themself. i think it was wings album when jimin got a regular vocal trainer who helped him sing. so now in 2023 he began taking vocal lessons from beginner level and he said it was so much better that way and he was sad it took him so long to start it. he said he wished he would have done it lke that from the beginning. i hope he is able to take lessons in military when they are on leave he can just get a teacher or practice himself. i think they need to keep singing to keep their voices in shape

Alright, Jody cannot be an Alto or a Soprano, because those are female voice types (for adults). For women the lowest is called Contralto, then Alto, going higher is Mezzo-Soprano, then Soprano. For men: Bass is the lowest, then Baritone, Tenor and Countertenor. Jody is most probably a Tenor. 😊 Tenors who sing very high pitch notes are usually doing falsetto (not a type of voice, it's a method). Jimin is a Countertenor. He can sing falsetto, but he doesn't do it often, because he doesn't need to; his normal range is already higher than a usual Tenor's. JK and Jin are Tenors and V is a Baritone (he has an extensive range=can go low and high notes).

I think what she meant is that the interviewer wasn't actually asking about his sexuality. I think Suga was just describing how he determines whether people are compatible with him or not, even when it's just in a platonic, friend, type situation.

THANK YOU! I was about to explain all this because E-man is spouting all kinds of nonsense here. LOL! My degree is in Music, particularly Choral performance, so this episode had me laughing and cringing all over the place!! LMAOOO!!! Also, I hate it when people say "oh she's using her falsetto voice." I'm like NOOOO, women don't HAVE falsetto, because their voices are naturally higher than a man's, usually. A man is considered to be singing in falsetto because the higher notes are his FALSE voice, whereas a woman sings in her HEAD voice when singing higher notes. It's just a matter of applying the right wording to the different genders. And of course, all that goes out the window when speaking of Countertenors like Jimin because his high notes are NOT false...which is why he has no trouble reaching them.
