Despite this episode being mostly recap, it's still such a good episode!! The Hohenheim stuff is sooo interesting, i love hearing your thoughts about it heheheheh

Most recap episodes are usually filler/skip episodes but this one is considered well woven with Hohenheim's dream that a lot of people actually enjoy this episode (Although some shows are so dense it'd be useful if reactors did watch the recap episodes). Tearing up is definitely the appropriate response to that end sequence since it's paired with the second ED (end credits song), it actually made me kinda sad that we don't get to see your reaction continue into the ending songs, hearing the words "Let it all out" as you cry over Ed promising to get Al's body back feels like an integral part of watching the show. Maybe when Apothecary Diaries ends instead of jumping into another show we can get the OP/ED song reactions? It still saddens me you haven't seen specifically two AOT EDs and both of Frieren's EDs.

I will get to it but just takes a lot of time to go through the OP/ED as there are so many and it's not as simple as reacting but having to analyse and go back over and over to relate it to the show. Between my full time job and keeping on top of reacts - I just haven't found the time to dedicate specifically because it will take weeks rather than a weekend.

When Hohenheim visited home before, they did briefly show a photo of young Pinako drinking with Hohenheim that didn't age since! Also when you think about it it's Kinda Weird™ that he married Trisha whom he had known since she was a little kid lol
