Time for some heavy conversation

For side story of the war, you can check the OVA. In the manga, Al hears about the war from Dr. Knox, from a doctor’s point of view. Knox ended up doing autopsies on the bodies Roy had burned. Personally, it was difficult watching/reading the Ishval war backstory since it shows how some beloved characters -- no matter what their reasons were -- are war criminals. But this also put more layers to their characters which makes them even more interesting, especially considering how they're living in the present. Hope you'll be able to read the manga someday because the Ishval arc is better presented (better pacing, more details!, more weight) there. Anyhow, great reaction as always!
