I am aware haha! We saw that in depth and Kimblee even refers to that in his conversation with Scar in this episode. I'm discussing the dialogue 'that's twice now I've failed to stop the same Ishvalen' - he didn't fight Scar in Ishval. He thinks Scar is the one that stood up against him which was his brother. The brother he's taunting Scar about by referring to him dying on the ground is actually Scar who survived because of his brother's sacrifice which Kimblee doesn't know about. Kimblee thinks Scar is who stood against him not realising that he was actually the brother bleeding out.
