Hello!

I recently started filming back to back but after doing 8 videos in 1 sitting my throat was WRECKED.

I was also so exhausted that I felt I wasn't as engaging BUT I did realise that I prefer filming at least 2 episodes of each series in 1 sitting as it makes it easier to remember information.

Before I was filming 1 episode of each on a Monday and a Friday. Now I'm thinking of changing that up but that does mean the schedule on Patreon will change slightly. It won't impact this week because I've already filmed up until next Sunday haha!

Right now I'm thinking

Tuesday - Demon Slayer & Monster

Wednesday - Demon Slayer & Monster

Saturday - Chainsaw Man & JJK

Sunday - Chainsaw Man & JJK

It also means there's not as big of a gap between episodes for you all either.

Would this be an issue or do you prefer the current schedule that we have where there's an episode each day of the week and then the weekend is doubled?!

Yeah I'm just trying to figure out what works but I felt filming back to back was a bit easier remembering crucial information rather than filming 4 single episodes of each series and then being like "wait what did happen?!"

Would jotting down crucial info from episodes help when not filming episodes in bulk? Or do you jot down crucial info already?

I’m fine with either schedule! Maybe try filming with the new schedule for one week and see if it works out well for you or not before deciding?

Well the new schedule isn't really any different other than the posting changes on Patreon. Rather than filming 4 single episodes of each series - I'd film 2 episodes for 2 series on a Monday and then 2 episodes for 2 series on a Friday :) Just means more back to back which makes it a bit easier to follow the story!

I don't jot anything down and it's a little hard to when watching SUB because I can't look away from the screen to take notes haha! :')

I don't have a personal preference, as long as you're happy and healthy. ;) You should choose what works best for you, considering your work schedule and what is most durable for your lifestyle. I think your audience will likely appreciate whatever schedule allows you to create the best content consistently. If you want to make the most of your Fridays and Mondays, enjoying time with family and friends, then the new schedule could be a more favorable option. Maybe ask yourself: Which schedule will allow me to create the highest quality content without burning out? That might help you decide!

Shooting for 8 hours straight sounds really exhausting. Please feel free to go with any format or schedule that ensures that content creation remains enjoyable for you. Keep experimenting until you find your sweet spot. Right now, I think once you find your rhythm, perhaps you'll be able to stick to it because most shows you're watching now have lots of content to catch up on, but no pressure, Dr Sophie.

Yeah I realised that the back to back is really helpful because there's a lot of information in these shows BUT 8 hours of recording means my attention span starts to dip :')

Either schedule works like most people have been saying the best option is going to be the one that’s best for your workflow! Also also like I’m sure others have already said on past posts, csm has a unique outro for every episode that are worth watching, something to keep in mind next recording session in case we haven’t

New one seems good to me, but please do what works best for you. I can barely find the energy to play video games or read after a week at work, I can't imagine how hard you're working to keep your content coming strong after working a full time week.

I am very in favor of this schedule because then we have Saturday sunday shounen sophie shows and alliterations are fun
