We are only three episodes in, and I am loving your post episode discussions a lot. Can't wait for next episode!

I love rewatching this with you! I dont think other reactors have as interesting a take on this. This is a psychological thriller and it deserves the attention you give it! The detective in this case, I always forget his name but I usually just call him Jean Val Jean. 9 years and he hasn't given up the case. That man is obsessed!

Aw thank you!! Yeah - I am a big lover of true crime and the psychological aspect of what drives people to kill. I've read Mindhunter and I still need to read the other 2 books which is about the FBI and how they developed the profile of Serial Killers and the traits they look for!

Another wonderful reaction! Love your post-episode discussion about Johan! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with this story and the characters. Very excited for next episode!

Dr Sophie (EP2): « I hope he doesn't regret helping the boy. » If Johan is indeed the monster you already suspect and is connected to the deaths of Director Heinemann, Dr. Opprnheim, and Dr. Boyer, it raises in that theory a compelling question: Will Tenma come to regret his choice? 🤷‍♂️ By saving Johan, Tenma did more than just rescue a patient; he safeguarded his own humanity and ethical principles. But, IF your suspicions turn out to be true....could that act of compassion come at an unfathomable price, possibly resulting in numerous victims? This creates a chilling paradox: Tenma's greatest virtue (his steadfast dedication to preserving life) might ultimately turn into his most significant mistake.

Given your interest in crime, thrillers, and psychological dilemmas, I highly recommend checking out the synopsis for the K-drama titled Mouse. Its central theme – the nature versus nurture debate in the context of serial killers – is fascinating.
