Coaching Update - Please Read (Patreon)

My trainee has needed far more support than I anticipated and I am absolutely drained mentally. Coupled with the cold going round my office it's been a fun combination.

I was intending to finish early to get some filming done for you all this week but they're so dependent on me being there that it's been impossible.

Next week should be my last week training them and by that point they'll be in the development zone so they will be independent with me just checking their work.

I'll only be able to film tomorrow as it's the last day of the week so more time to spare, and truthfully I think I'll only be able to get

• 1 Spy x Family

• 1 Apothecary Diaries

Which will be released Friday and Saturday.

Meaning Breaking Bad and All of Us are Dead will not be until Tuesday the 6th. I apologise for the disappointment and the hold up there!

Tentatively it'll be BAU schedule next week but if anything changes it's not by choice.

I was also informed that November they want me to move to another project.

Good news -

• New project is consistent work. No moving around as I have been doing.

• Meaning future consistency and more stability.

At the minute I work 2 other projects. 1 has low demand so depending on business need I have to bounce between both so my schedule changes quite a bit. Which is also why I was made to train because I wasn't scheduled for much project work this month.

Bad news -

• I have to train someone likely again at the end of October to take over 1 of my projects as I'm the only one on it.

• I then have to go into training myself potentially start of November for the new project.

I'm not sure of the impact it'll have. I'm already looking at maybe filming later at night to accommodate so we can keep our consistency. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it so we won't jump the gun, but we all know I am all about transparency!

So yeah work is stressing me out but I am constantly evaluating how to keep Patreon happy and consistent content for you all. Next week will be better even if my trainee needs extra support as I'm just going to adjust to filming later in the evening rather than finishing work early!

Then the week after I have a wedding but going to sit down and plan how it all works as I'm away Friday to Sunday so unfortunately cannot film Apothecary Diaries (fuming) until I'm back!
