Today we walked to the bottom of the north face of the magnificent Ben Nevis! This is the walk https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/fortwilliam/north-face.shtml

It started out as a leisurely assent through beautiful woodland but then gradually became more and more snow capped the nearer we came to Ben Nevis. It was honestly incredibly humbling to stand at the foot of such an ancient beast!

The walk was tough I’m not going to lie! I DEFINITELY need to work on my endurance fitness when I get back home! 😜Miko absolutely loved it and got the zoomies so many times! She is an expert at navigating her way through rocks and brush; sometimes she even shows us the right way to go!

Was starving when we finally got back down so got a cheeky KFC…though I didn’t have a spoon for my mash so I had to improvise 😂😂😂

Right now we are chilling in the guest lounge of the hotel whilst England are playing the World Cup. Im not watching it but the ambience makes me feel cozy 🤗We had a delicious late dinner with an EXCELLENT Malbec 🤤

Highlight if the day; yet ANOTHER Robin was obsessed with us! Literally everyday a Robin has come so close to us and jumped in our car!
