Come one, come all! Will you be brave enough to pass the threshold of the carnival’s big top and face yourself? Enter the Hall of Illusions and gaze upon your reflection in the many mirrors within. Look in wonder as happy memories from your past manifest once again! Be amazed by the bold promises your future holds! But be cautious, as some frightening sights might appear in the looking glass. Will you dare venture inside? and sustain both the wonderful and terrifying images your gaze might summon? Are you bold enough to face your past, present and future all at the same time? Only one way to find out! (The Blazing Brothers are not responsible for anything you might see in the mirrors. Promises of love, riches and fame are not legally binding. Complaints can be directed to the clerk in tent thirteen. They will not be addressed.)

This week's map pack is brought to you in tandem with the talented folks over at James' RPG Art! Each week, their illustrations bring life to both iconic and new adventuring locations to bring that extra level of atmosphere to your next major encounter!

The Blazing Brothers’ Bold Bother (Night variant): The Blazing Brothers Carnival, is managed by two devils, Astalion and Khrovan Pyrkwaste. The siblings roam the land of the Material Plane, feeding not on souls but on merriment. Of course, the occasional fiendish contract here and there doesn’t hurt their business. However, a rival of them has been disturbing their operations for several weeks. It turns out their little brother – the one they call “The Third One” – never took kindly to being excluded from the family’s affairs. The fiend now haunts the big top, jumping from mirror to mirror, scaring the guests with visions of gruesome carnage and a bit of theatrical thaumaturgy. Breaking the mirrors would only decide him to mess with another attraction. Perhaps in a worse way too. You were tasked by the two managers to find a solution. Violently banishing him would solve the problem for some time, but you can’t hurt the Third One during his haunt. Discussion might bring long lasting results but both factions of the family refuse to speak with one another. This won’t be the most dangerous situation your group will be in this year, but certainly one of the trickiest!

From Laughter to Silence (Abandoned variant): The recently arrived carnival was the talk of the hamlet for a week. When it finally opened, everyone rushed in to partake in a night of fun and games. The next day, when the sun rose on the abandoned, dilapidated circus, not a soul could be found. Rotten planks, shattered glass and broken ropes littered the plateau, as if the location has been vacant for years. No trace of the troupe could be found anywhere. No trace of the hamlet’s inhabitants was left either. The case puzzled the surrounding authorities for days. Eventually, your group was called in. You decided to start your investigation on the carnival’s grounds. You were FAR from expecting the lengths you were about to go to find the missing citizens…

This is a bonus release brought to you as one extra gift for our anniversary week! This week's release will come later this month, hopefully next week if I can survive two double releases weeks in a row. x)
