It's finally here! the last ever episode (as we know so far) of one of the best LGBTQ+ Dramas for representation we have ever seen.

For us, it ended beautifully (though sad about the loss :() 

This is some top tier representation. thank you for going on this journey with us

What an appropriate way to wrap up the series! All the emotions in one episodes. I wasn’t sure about this show in the very beginning but it sure became a Gem!

I hesitated watching this show when it first started. I knew nothing about it other than the name. I thought it was just another random hetero retelling of pirates. Boy was I wrong! I completely agree. This is top tier. When I originally watched this finale, I thought it would make a good series finale, though I hoped it would continue. I hear there's a push to uncancel it. We'll see if that comes to pass. If it does, that's great. If not, I'm just as happy with what we got.

🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Please tell me that everyone watching this show has signed the Save OFMD petition 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. As much as I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this ending these two are pirates, through and through. Inn keeping would be lovely…at first…but the siren call of the sea would eventually become too hard to ignore. And let’s face it, wouldn’t it be more appropriate for them to go out like the people their characters are very very very loosly based on?! So we gotta get this show back on the air so we get that nice and depressing ending we deserve to see 😂😭

Well I put this off all day to avoid reaching the end, but finally sat down for one of my favorite episodes. Rewatching OFMD been a fun & hilarious journey with you guys. Definitely top tier representation.

I would've loved another season, but I can't deny this is a really good ending in so many ways. You really feel like everyone will be okay and happy, and yet there was a clear set up for a third season (avenging Izzy) had they gotten one. That takes talent to pull off and they really did it. I will miss this show but I'm so glad it existed for two wonderful years and gave us such incredible journeys to follow.

the fans are going wild trying their best to get another season but honestly i really like this ending. it’s one of my favorite shows so of course i’d love more story and for the crew to keep working together but i’d rather it have a good solid, happy(ish - RIP Izzy) conclusion than fizzle out eventually.

Im actually so happy they ended it here, it’s such a beautiful little gem and I’m not sure more seasons would have added anything to the story. Im going to miss it though this will definitely need a rewatch in a few years ❤️

I would love to get the final season, but I'm satisfied with where it ended, and said as much when I first watched the episode (because it's so common to cancel shows after 2 seasons these days, and effing Discovery bought HBO with express intention to kill it, it seems)

Had you told me in season 1 that this character would die, I'd have been "Great, perfect, good bloody riddance". What a fantastic (and tragic) character arc.
