I'm so excited! By the way, I recommend Fire Island, it's a great movie to react to.

Lolly

When are you guys going to watch season 2 of Looking?

Kaci

I love this episode so much. It really drives home how human their relationship problems are, even with all the fantasy elements added on top. Like it's toxic, but in an utterly human way. I also love any time we get backstory on Daniel because he's one of my favorite characters. I love the complexity of him and how there's never any pressure by the narrative to "define" him. And I adore how strong Claudia is. She's so well written, I just adore her. And the Rashid appearance at the end! I screamed when I watched that for the first time!

Chris Mackenzie

What a nice way to wake up, and on a day off as well. At least I know what I'm going to do first. Oh and the new season starts soon as well. Oh and that shirt looks amazing Josh. Love that colour, I would have have one, but I don't like T-Shirts

What Lestat said about Magnus and how he became a vampire is 100% true! So was the abuse he suffered from his father and brothers. You call out Lestat for his "manipulations" but never point out Claudia's. Also this is Louis account of his life with Lestat and his already shown that his memory is spotty. The second season is still based on the first book, at least some of it anyway. The Vampire Lestat is the 2nd book and you learn all about how Lestat became a vampire. After Interview Louis doesn't appear much in the rest of the book series. Lestat is the main vampire/anti-hero of Anne Rise's series of books.

So happy you’re reacting to IWTV again. I loved the books as a teenager, and this has now become one of my favourite shows. No spoilers, but I will just say that IWTV and its sequel TVL are the very definition of there is two sides to every story. xx

I am so excited for you to see episode 7. This is such a great show and parts of it really hold true to Anne Rice's books. I recommend the books as they are so good. I cannot tell you how many times I have read Interview With The Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and Queen of The Damned (by the way I am so hoping they get to the Queen in this series...suffice it to say she is ruthless). IWTVampire is my favorite book of all time and Anne Rice my fav author. Oh and maybe it's because I had already seen episode 7 that I wasn't squeamish about all the blood and gore (unlike some....lol jk).

Jamie

"The vampire bond" excuse will make you kind of giggle when you see what happens in ep 7. Sure, Louis, it was the "vampire bond" and not that you loved him even though he's effed up. Sure. Haha. Can't wait for episode 7. :)

JASON ALEXANDER

it's really a great series. I love the complexities of lestat and louis relationship. I so would like the story worth telling team to react to the series ELITE on netflix.

Soraya

What a great surprise to see this back! I really think you'll like the finale 😊

I have read all the books of Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles, Lestat was her favorite vampire. Most of the books feature Lestat as a one of the main characters. One of the things most people ignore is the fact that Louis never tells Lestat he loves him. Louis’s character is flawed, rather depressed all the time. In one of the last books of the Vampire Chronicles, Louis finally realizes his love for Lestat. The actors in Interview With the Vampire series, are outstanding. 🌹🖤

I think I will get this book on audio through xigxag is cheaper. The dynamics are wild and emotional, but it's a great perspective from a vampires view which I 💕 love, you can feel the intensity of living/dying this way, time has another meaning. Looking forward to viewing more with you, thank you for this

Gina Lipkin

This is a great way to be introduced to this series 😀 thanks boyz

Hey, I love your reactions and I have some suggestion. I really like these shows so maybe you can react these.

Buse Demir

Modern Love S1 Ep 7 , Soulmates S1 Ep 4, Skam Germany/Druck season 7 (great storyline)

Heather Ferguson

Knowing how the show ends and having read the books, I am so interested in what the show runners are going to do with Daniel’s character

They do point out that Claudia is manipulating Louis in this episode. When she’s talking to him silently.

We do have a rule of not repeatedly asking for reactions but once it’s added to the list everyone can like the ones they really want to see so that the boys can gauge interest.

I know they did 2 Skams already, but I'd like them to react to Skam Germany (Druck ) as well. Different and soo good!

Steven Jump

I must have missed that. Still I've noticed a lot of reactors give Claudia a free pass because she's a "child". Plus Claudia just annoys the hell out of me!

Oh yeah, I was thinking of that same thing while watching this reaction of episde 7. I know how it ends in the books and movie, but this series I have no idea and I really like that. Surprises are wonderful.

Magical Adorabella

Are you going to finish reviewing Interview with the Vampire season 2, hope so. Love you both❤️🌹🏳️‍🌈

Liv

I just realised the significance of Lestat saying "back in your cage sweetheart" to the dog and locking the door while trapping Claudia and forcing her back home...
