I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I had clam chowder for lunch before this reaction posted. I can't help it; I *like* New England clam chowder! The performances of the main actors really sell this show, and the writers have kept it fresh despite all the in-show reboots. I can't help and feel a bit sad that the comaraderie they first built, in Version #1, is gone now, but it feels like now we're going to see some more progression, hopefully. And yes, Janet is awesome, and there is much sympathy for Tahani. Like Eleanor, despite the huge differences in their upbringing, she had a lot of things tearing her down while growing up. Kamila is a real nasty bench!

Jason is a sweet dope, who exists without pretense (or purpose). Tahani, bless her, was all pretense in life. They all bring out needed qualities in each other that they were sorely lacking.

Oh yes, me too. Janet & Jason are so weirdly wholesome. I'm team Janet. But I like the way the 4 humans each have aspects that balance what one another is lacking..

Not sure if anyone has hit you with this fun fact yet but all the frozen yogurt you see them eating on this show is actually just dyed mashed potatoes! That way it would last through filming without melting! 😁

Trin is wrong. Tahani did get the fame and recognition she sought out via her charity work, it's just that no matter how much fame she got, she felt like she could never live up to her sister. And, if Rob is so intent on seeing Tahani as a good person simply because she raised a bunch of money without caring about the fact that she didn't actually care about others then hopefully he isn't one of those people who complain about rich people donating money to get tax right offs or who look down on others boasting about their charity work.
