This is not my favorite show as I don't understand the technical jargon, I do some, but not all. This is like a lighthearted, but dark comedy. I still get some laughs (very few) but I do smile a lot. Looking forward to see if anybody gets their startup company up and running.

I agree with you. I think it is ok (how I felt about Community and The Good Place), but I don't really enjoy it as a comedy. When I pay close attention to the characters they really are not nice people, except Jared. All the others are just nasty, greedy, untrustworthy, vile human beings.

At least Richard didn’t call a child hot this time… that’s a bonus point for him I guess. He’s unique. I liked that Jian-yang had his own storyline going on in these ones.

Sadly, Erlich (TJ Miller) was going through some personal issues in life that affected his work on this show. Believe he and Mike Judge had a ton of clashes, and he also had some mental health and substance abuse issues going on at the time. Pretty sure that's also the reason they killed him off so quickly in Transformers. Even him and Ryan Reynolds had some issues on Deadpool. He will unfortunately not return.

I don't know, I'm beginning to think that Richard is not CEO material... And the closest, cheapest pizza is definitely not always the best pizza...

I think that's mostly the point. These characters are such vile, greedy people that you're supposed to find humor in their misfortune. It's a dark style of comedy that's certainly not for everyone.
