LOST S3E3 Further Instructions FULL REACTION

Comments

Gilstead

Eko to Locke in S2 E21 «?»: «We make camp. Get some sleep ... And wait for further instruction.»

Annie Bonz

For the love of Pete, Mike and Jesus! It's like my birthday all over again!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

Gilstead

A lot of mysterious stuff this episode! Locke tripping balls (and being a weed-farmer in a commune lol), and him waking up in the middle of the jungle after the hatch detonation - when he should have been totally crushed along with Desmond, Eko and maybe Charlie! And I loved Charlie this episode. Excited for what’s to come, there’s a lot of fantastic episodes this season!

"I know its not him" - haha Neil Reacts totally thought that was him was only the text overlay editing that was like 'doh I was wrong' all the ep thru he was all excited about Jesse being in it :D funny I never really saw it until then and then you point out the same thing. re: Hitchhiking, I imagine there's state laws so it probably differs state to state.

Andrea

If you have seen Westworld, the extra with the speaking lines played the role of Hector, his name is Rodrigo Santoro. A look over his IMDB page shows lots of movies that I have not seen, but the most recognizable is 300.

Wendy Sparks

I agree with not-Jesse Pinkman... Locke's a farmer who desperately wants to be a hunter.

lemmy

Recognise that guy from Westworld (series) maybe? EDIT: Ah was beaten to it

This is my least favorite episode of lost. But rewatching with you, I do like some parts. Like Charlie's humor, the dream sequence with Boone, and everything related to Desmond.

Mel Ireland Lostie

I enjoy this episode, it brings Charlie and Locke back together which I like. On a first watch it may seem a bit slow or as Rob says "a stepping stone" but it's relevance will become more apparent later on.

Chris B

The problem with this episode is that it doesn't move anything forward. It's just here to tell us the obvious - hey, the guys from the hatch that blew up are alive. But I do like the "I'm not a farmer, I'm a hunter" Locke moment.

Tommy Thompson

Guess they figured they didn't have enough actors left on the beach for Locke's speech, so they put a casting call out 😂 ... The two seemingly new 815 survivors actually joined the main cast this season, alongside Juliet, Ben and Desmond. So I guess that explains why they used actual actors, instead of extras aaha. Somewhat, shoehorned in... but the more the merrier? aha!

Tommy Thompson

Yeh, watching it again has made me realise this too. It was quite the drawn out ''catch up'' episode. What do you think the point of it was? Perhaps they didn't want to squeeze the more important scenes with Desmond and Hurley in amongst the scenes with Jack and co. Similarly Locke and Eko's whereabouts presumably needed more of a reveal than a quick scene - So they came up with an episode focused on the beach characters to do this? I'm not sure.

Rob & Trin React!

Hahaha yeah the randoms getting lines was strange but I guess you need actors to react to something like that, I dunno haha

Caleb Woods

“Amendable for coercion” is really the main takeaway of this episode. The true definition of Locke, unfortunately. You even mention this was Locke in his simplicity. I believe you hit the nail on the head. This is definitely one of my least favorite episode, if not the worst one. The episodes don’t continue to be “hit or miss” for long, things are about to pickup!

Yes love it!! I think it’s a rly well done episode! Just where it’s placed makes u curious what’s going on with the others haha. And one simply does not skip any episodes on a rewatch!;) they all important!!😘

Lockes “I was wrong” is so classic😂❤️ I loved to hear u giggle to it hehe
