“Are you ready for this brief lesson? It’s a bit intense, most of the women can’t keep up. Theirs no shame in stepping down.”

Hinata knew that stepping down was the right idea. No one would feel like she did the wrong thing to do so. If anything, it was probably the only thing that made sense to do when one went up against who was considered the strongest Hokage. In fact, it wasn’t hard to say that Tsunade was the greatest Shinobi to ever exist. Faster than any, better skilled than another, and hee sheer physical strength was too high for anyone to even comprehend. Tsunade had a lot of fun sparring with female Shinobi, given the men quickly lost their patience at being trounced by her. From every village, no woman really put up a good fight against her. Now, the last Kunoichi to battle her, was Hinata. Not because Tsunade saved the best for last. It was because Hinata was too scared to really join in the fight.

Tsunade was really the best fighter in all of the hidden leaf villages, easily the world itself! Hinata though, never felt like she could match up against a real Kunochi. Yet at the same time, as the two stood on the wooden platform with hundreds watching, Hinata felt two powerful eyes on her. The eyes of her boyfriend, Naruto, cheering her on to win the fight. Hinata never felt this level of confidence before. Maybe it was the kind of confidence a woman got when the person she loves supports them as much. Hinata was still scared. But now, when she struck a pose to show she was ready to fight, her fears weren’t as strong. No, now she had a drive to win the fight! Tsunade saw how dedicated Hinata was, and smirked in delight. Finally, she was hoping the young girl would provide something of a serious fight. It was Tsunade’s opinion that only a woman could match her, and while she yet to find the woman to do so, she still had this belief. The way Hinata stood, it seemed she had the spirit and determination to win the fight.

Tsunade had respect for Hinata. Tsunade also felt bad for Hinata as she rushed at her with extreme speed that no Shinobi could even fathom or believe. The ground under Tsunade after she broke into a sprint ruptured under her, as if an earthquake has formed right then and there. The sheer power could be compared to the entire planet shaking, as Tsunade pulled her arm back and threw a punch right at Hinata. Hinata… blinked as the fist came for her, because she swore she didn’t see a woman’s size fist come at her. What Hinata saw, was a moon sized fist coming right at her face, and maybe twice as strong as a hurtling moon heading towards her. Hinata had to dodge as best as she could to even hope to survive, as she moved her body as quickly as she could to slide away from the punch. It took all of Hinata’s quick reflexes and skills just to not get pulped.

Tsunade had to admit, Hinata was quick. Even the fastest Shinobi couldn’t dodge that attack, even if she warned them 10 seconds ago. Hinata had to protect herself in the best way she thought, and knew exactly what to do. Pressure point attacks. Hinata had no chance to fight against Tsunade given she was stronger and faster, but Hinata had some moves that Tsunade didn’t have. Hinata strucj Tsunade as hard as she could in the stomach, trying to paralyze her in one blow. With four strikes to the stomach, Hinata was certain she had knocked down Tsunade. It was than that Hinayana noticed she was in a lot of pain, and looked at her fingers. They were bruised! Hitting Tsunade actually hurt Hinata more than she hurt Tsunade. But Tsunade wasn’t afraid to put the hurt on herself as she kicked Hinata’s left arm. The first thing Hinata noticed, was the incredible pain from how she felt from the kick. The next thing she noticed, was her feet were no longer on the stone ring. No, her feet were off the ground… and she wasn’t even in the arena anymore. Now, she was flying so fast and hard that she was a human comet, hurtling through the air as she was in too much pain to care. Tsunade herself saw Hinata flying, and smirked in delight.

Most men would have been screaming in pain or already out of it. But with Tsunade’s own eyes, she could see Hinata was still in the fight. Quite an impressive woman, one who could really bring the fight to the Hokage. Tsunade leaped right at Hinata with speeds surpassing lightning, outright destroying the ring out from under her. Tsunade fully leaped fast enough to already be above Hinata, ready to strike Hinata and really take her down. Hinata saw Tsunade get close to her, and her body reacted as quickly as she could. Hinata looked all over Tsunade, and used her natural gift to check the chakra of Tsunade. Most Shinobi were lit candles, Naruto himself was like a flame. Tsunade was a burning inferno that could take out the whole planet. Hinata was scared. But at the same time, she was also ready to defend herself against the attack by letting Tsunade punch her. The punch hurtled right towards her head, and everyone knew how strong a Tsunade blow was. Mountains tended to crumble when she threw the strongest fist in the world. Even the bravest warriors of all would be crying and begging if they saw that fist.

Hinata, as scared as she was, faced the punch with more bravery than she thought was in all of her body. Hinata took the arm coming for her, and spun her body around as quickly as she can. Hinata threw Tsunade as fast and hard as she could, and Tsunade felt the force used against her to send flying right towards the ground below her. It was a good counter attack, Tsunade thought. But if Hinata thought that was more than enough to take her down, than Hinata was a very wrong woman. Tsunade kicked the air under her as hard as she could and that stopped her descent. It did enough for her to land on the ground as softly as she could, before she turned around to attack Hinata who she knew was coming from above. When Tsunade looked up, ready to strike Hinata, she didn’t see Hinata at all. Tsunade was confused, looking all around her for Hinata. Nothing, Hinata was nowhere. Tsunade was so focused on an aerial attack, she didn’t once notice the hole in the ground. One Hinata caused, as she dug through the ground as quickly as she could, to where Tsunade didn’t see it. It was perfect for her because Tsunade’s feet felt the rumble right under her.

Tsunade didn’t see it coming as she was struck in the jaw by a powerful strike by Hinata. Did Hinata feel her hand shake from how hard it was to hit Tsunade? Yes. But Hinata also saw the most glorious sight she had ever seen in all of her life. A bit of blood from the lip of Tsunade as she was struck by the attack. Tsunade didn’t even have time to respond to the attack when Hinata used all of her speed to plant some papers on Tsunade as she kicked herself right off the greatest chest in all of the Shinobi world. Tsunade’s entire front of her body was covered in the papers, so she couldn’t see what was written on them. Still, she was more than able to tell what was written on them. Her fears were proven true when the papers exploded right on her. A classic Ninjutsu technique, but these weren’t the regular papers that most Shinobi would use to cause explosions. These were papers that Hinata herself had crafted, and as Hinata was told constantly, she was something of a prodigy at explosive Ninjutsu.

The dozens of explosions rocked Tsunade back, and while none of them damaged her, they more than had the raw power to stun her. Tsunade never felt an attack like this before, and she knew what the attack was really meant to be. To throw her off balance, and put her in a perfect position for an attack. Tsunade wasn’t a woman who would allow this to happen, as she dug her hands into the ground. Hinata was already rushing her as fast as Hinata could, and had no idea why Tsunade shoved her hands into the ground. Than, Tsunade lifted her hands up as fast as she could, while still holding on to the ground. The rupture from the action caused a massive crack in the ground and sent Hinata flying in the air, as the whole ground was destroyed. It was a powerful attack that nearly destroyed the entire landscape around them as everything was still shaking and rupturing. Tsunade had the whole area devastated, and thanks to that, leaped right at Hinata with enough force to cause a crater under her. Hinata saw Tsunade coming at her like an arrow, and put her arms up to protect herself.

It wasn’t enough as Hinata was struck as if Tsunade was a spear. Hinata almost threw up everything she ate in the past decade, as the two headed for a nearbye mountain. This wasn’t the end of the attack, however. It was only going to get worse when Tsunade bashed Hinata over and over with her elbow and fist. The intent was to cripple Hinata as much as she could with her strikes, breaking the young woman in half. Hinata did everything she did to survive against the attacks, blocking and deflecting then with both of her arms. Hinata put up an amazing job, but it was only so much she could really stop these kind of attacks. Tsunade was easily the strongest, the fact Hinata was doing so well suggested that Hinata had to be on the same level. Hinata knew she wouldn’t stand a chance if she fought straight, not being as fast or as strong as her opponent. What she could do, though, was that she could misdirect and redirect every single attack coming at her. Hinata didn’t fully block the strikes, but instead, moved them around as much as she could and do quick strikes on the arms and chest. Tsunade still kept punching Hinata as hard as she could as they headed right towards a mountain. As Tsunade threw in blow after blow, even she started to feel odd.

Like she was moving underwater, and her body was getting paralyzed the whole while. One blow from Hinata would have fully paralyzed most men. Two and even the strongest would fall. It has been 57 blows and Tsunade was still moving faster and harder than any man could move. The two were about to smash right into the mountain, and Hinata knew what she had to do to win. Clinging her legs to Tsunade, Hinata struck Tsunade faster and harder, almost breaking her fingers as she did. It was taking everything she had to hit her as hard as she could while deflecting Tsunades blows. If Hinata tried to block, her arms would break in half and even misdirecting still shook all of her bones. Tsunade was getting slower and feeling tired and out of breath, but she didn’t dare stop trying to strike down Hinata. It was getting though, to the point, that she was now throwing less blows than Hinata was. Hinata felt her arms were ready to fall off… and still hit Tsunade with a few more blows. Finally though, they had to land. Land they did, crashing right against a mountain face as hard as they could.

A large crater formed and glass from the friction heat of their landing. Both women laid on the ground, beaten and exhausted beyond belief. Neither wanted to get up at all. Tsunade was the first to try to get up… but her body shook the whole time and it was as if the mountain was on top of her. Her own chakra was working against her and her blood flow was slowed down to less than a snails crawl. Hinata, who’s arms were more lead than actual arms, felt her legs were almost as bad. Almost being the key word, as she forced herself up just based on her lower leg strength. Hinata stood proud, even if she was shaking the whole while, and was smiling ear to ear despite all the bruises covering her body. Tsunade wasn’t even mad, smiling as well. The two women had finished a fight that really could have ended in victory for the other… but at this moment, both appreciated who the strongest ninja in the world was right now. Not the Hokage, but the young shy girl who fought harder and better than anyone else ever fought. A woman who would never lose a fight as long as she lived, even against the strongest.
