So, if all goes to plan, the next book in the Robin Harper Series after Heart Guardians will involve a series of short stories of Robin and Tabitha arguing about how best to help people with transformations. Of course, I had thought that Heart Guardians was going to be shorter than Idealized, but we all saw how that went!

In their series of interventions, Robin will push for the "do no harm" route, as in she wants to help people in a manner where she gets their consent first and then how she helps the person will not involve any involuntary alternations to the memories or history of the people around the people she helps. Robin's method is difficult and will limit how Robin can help, but it minimizes harm.

Tabby on the other hand prefers a more direct approach. She argues that it is okay to alter peoples memories and histories if it means that everyone will be happy in the end, even if they never consented to the changes and for the most part will be unaware of the changes. This is an easier approach, but it carries a greater risk for harm. Luckily for Tabby, she inherited a form of magic from her father that gives her supernatural luck. But what is lucky for Tabby, isn't necessarily lucky for anyone else!

But before we get to Robin and Tabby's interventions, I plan for the first short story in the next volume to be about one of the other changelings. After he is suddenly ripped away from his human life for his protection, this character discovers that his human family is in need of help following his disappearance, but because his wife and twenty-ish daughter think he is dead, he must help them while in disguise!

I plan for this character, who doesn't have a name yet, to have cameo in the next Heart Guardians update, so I spent tonight mocking up what they might look like in their female disguise when I get to working on their story after I finish Liam's Journey.

I think there's a Japanese light novel series in this - "My father died and came back as a fairy."

So your plan is still to finish Liam before going back to Robin? I understand you have less time for content creation than you did before, and I think it's better to focus on two ongoing works rather than three, as you have done recently. I'm a bit worried it might take two to three years to finish Liam though, two to three years before we see Robin again.
