Well Robin might have pieced together that the dragon that was protecting her and Tabby's mom are the same. Maybe she remembered Mira comments about having to talk with the person her magic came from in the end after she became a Heart Guardian.

Also they are kind of sisters now given that Anna is also kind of Robin's mom now too after Robin remade herself with Anna's power

What Robin doesn't know is that Mira was actively misleading her, at Gildamore's instigation to stop her contacting Anna too early. Of course we know that Anna is not above using any leverage she has to get what she wants, but in this case it's likely to be forcing Robin to move to Paris with her "sister."
