Gym update v2 (HUB HOSTED) (Patreon)

I have decided to make update and move this environment from paid section to free. You can download update from HUB.

B. You can hide a baked group of fitness equipment by hit a button, also you can hide wicked tatami on the floor
C. Added GL lighting from my custom skybox (old reflection probes are removed)
D. Fixed missed collisions for additation props
