Decadent Arsenic's story continues.

Decadent Arsenic's story continues. Aelfig is probably wondering why the shades of the past are all wearing clothes while she's stark naked.

well she is really hot and fan service is a thing? XD

Decadent Arsenic

Well, she's naked because she is in the spirit realm and 1: is being formally sworn in and 2: clothes dont make the transition if you are still alive. Everyone else is wearing the clothes they died in, ritualistic or otherwise. Thats why the fantasy first peoples are in what seems to be a traditional deerskin gown. Its a burial raiment.

thanks for clearing that up

Doodle Request: Last month I requested a doodle for a slasher character that hunts witches, cultists, and other slashers. You followed my description perfectly and, now seeing her, I’d like to request another doodle of that character, Mississippi May, with a few tweaks to her design. I’d like to streamline the design of her head. Starting with her hat, I would like the length of the brim to be shortened by a quarter, just a shorter brim, I would also like the cap, top portion, to be shortened and rounded. Next her hair, I think it would work better if her hair was still long and wavy, but no longer wild and unkempt, evidently Miss May has access to a professional hair stylist. Also, I’m not sure if it would work if her hair was behind her ears or covering her ears, so I’ll leave that up to you. Her mask is something I’ve been agonizing over. I love the look of the WW1 splatter mask, but the chain mail veil makes it too busy. My idea for her mask is to keep the splatter mask mostly as is, but remove the chain mail veil, which would leave the mask covering her eyes, cheek bones, and nose while leaving her mouth and chin uncovered. I couldn’t find a picture of a splatter mask without the veil, but I did find a picture of one from behind and another where the chain mail is thin enough to see underneath it. Also, for the eye guards on the mask, I’d like the black bars signifying the spaces she can see through to go all the way to the edge, full white and black bars. On the original doodle you put a rounded top on the top portion of the nose bridge, I would like that curved line to not connect in the middle, to signify a slight fold instead of being molded to fit her, if that’s possible depending on the angle. For the bottom half of her face, I’ve been looking at porcelain prosthetic masks meant to cover facial disfigurements. I’ll provide a picture, the picture is of a man with a mustache, but obviously Miss May is a woman, so her porcelain prosthetic will be feminine complete with lipstick and a beauty mark, with an added detail that the mask’s mouth will be stitched shut. The sweater, arm bands, and gloves are absolutely perfect and nothing about them needs to change. As for her suspenders dress, there is a gap under her bosom in the original, I would like the dress to come all the way up to her bust and even prop them up a little, with perhaps her sweater puppies hanging over ever so slightly. I would also like the belt to stay, but I’d like to request that she has more of an hourglass figure, perhaps make her hips flare out a bit more and tighten the dress on her hips. The last thing I’d like to request about her dress is that the color be changed to gray or dark-gray. Her boots are perfect and nothing about them needs to change. Last and finally, I’d like to request that Mississippi May is posing like she is in a pin-up calendar. The specific pose doesn’t matter and I will leave that up to you, but what I would like incorporated into it is that she is using a longshore hook to pull up her skirt to provide a scandalous glimpse of thigh. Perhaps she is lounging back languidly or doing that leg thing hitchhikers do, it’s up to you. As always, thank you for making these and further enabling my deranged imagination. If you are confused about any of my descriptions, just wing it. Don’t sweat on anything, I can always just ask to have it tweaked in a future doodle request. (It's a little funny that this request ended up in this particular doodle's comment section. Decadent Arsenic's story about Aelfig was partially the inspiration for this character.) Prosthetic Mask- https://i.ytimg.com/vi/MoJv0Vy8fm8/maxresdefault.jpg (naturally without the mustache and with feminine features, as well as a beauty mark and stitched up lipstick lips. My thought is that this half of her mask is glued or sewn onto the leather upper mask. You don’t need to draw any method of how the two halves are attached. To clarify the leather splatter mask is layered over the prosthetic mask.) Makes perfect sense now. Thanks.
