That is certainly a sort of a hand cart, specifically a dolly. I probably could have specified better that it would have been a wooden hand cart but hindsight is 20/20. Very good expression though, I can picture how she'll be so angry aboutnthe pollution that when she gets into town it might very well cause old man ex-sheriff Robert Whitlock II (prev. Deputy Bobby Whitlock Jr.) To have a heart attack. Not pictured: a stone fish marking a gravesite.
