Patreon RSS feed (Patreon)

Hello Everyone!

Previously we had to use Acast, a 3rd party platform to be able to give our subscribers the ability to use their RSS feed on whatever app they choose. Well, now Patreon is discontinuing their integration with Acast and so now we'll be using the Patreon RSS feed options.

What does this mean for you? Nothing really! You'll get episodes as you normally would, but now all the episodes of Get Played, Get Anime'd, How Did This Get Played and Premium DLC will now be available on the Patreon website in addition to the Patreon RSS feed. Also for Spotify listeners, you'll be able to login to patreon through Spotify and access the episodes there if you'd prefer.

Basically TLDR - a thing changed slightly and it's better for everyone with no interruptions to you.

IF you ARE having problems with your RSS feed, follow these steps:

TO ADD YOUR PATREON RSS FEED TO YOUR APP OF CHOICE:

Go to "Membership"

Scroll to RSS

"Listen in other podcast apps"

Click on other podcast app

copy the link to add to your app of choice

We'll be cleaning things up around here a bit too, making the collections clearer and making sure episodes are tagged appropriately etc so they can be found easier. All is well!

Thanks for subscribing!
