I really dislike most puzzle games, but thought Blue Prince was great. Once you go beyond the goal of trying to reach room 46 it does become a little too much like hard work due to the RNG, but if you just play to achieve that goal and roll the end credits it’s not a huge issue. You’ll always have the odd run where you’re just unlucky, but there are plenty of ways to mitigate this with room placements and certain items and at this point I’ve learned enough that I can reach room 46 on most runs.

I did a zombie escape room for my bachelor party. Every 10 minutes the chain attached to the zombie got one foot longer so after half an hour there was genuinely nowhere you could go that was permanently safe. Easily one of the most stressful hours of my life, we found out you could distract the zombie with loud noises so one friend and I just started singing old chamber choir songs as loud as we could. We did not successfully solve the escape puzzle.
