I loved it when sitcoms would have a family feud episode and characters would be contestants. Mama's Family and it's Always Sunny in Philadelphia come to mind.

The Always Sunny version famously hosted by WaKeegan! "Show me dragon" immediately came to mind when Wiger talked about how you have to also guess dumb answers

Anyone else remember watching Supermarket Sweep? I loved that show and was convinced I could have done better than most of the contestants. 😂

Rin Manzano

If we’re talking game shows, they definitely need to cover old Nickelodeon game shows like Legends of the Hidden Temple

Would love to hear an episode covering Taskmaster, it's the best show ever!

Does anyone remember that Xbox live had a quiz thing that people could join in on, and win Xbox reward points?

Andrew

I bet Heather could host Weakest Link. They couldn’t air it on broadcast television, but she could host that for sure

Delightful

Richard Dawson played Corp. Peter Newkirk on Hogans Heroes.

One of the best German language YouTube supercuts is of funny family feud answers from the 90s. Instead of obvious innuendos with Steve Harvey, the Germans contestants gave the most demented answers. I thinks most families that did family feud got checked by social services after the show. Here a few examples from the top of my head: "Name something you can do with rocks. - build a stoneman" "Name a device, that helps you to swim. - a duck!" "Name a thing you hit.- a child"

On one hand I want more slime in game shows, but in the other hand I remember the show “uh oh” a Canadian game show from the late 90s/early 2000s where a gimp would slime children. Perhaps we went too far and we don’t deserve slime anymore.

They were a great crew. Lots of laughs.

Here to say again we got a game show episode before we got Tri-Force of Cubes 2 is just wild, also please do a survivor episode

and after that he was a recurring panelist on Match Game, which was where Family Feud spun off from

There's an episode of Family Feud that was taped on Richard Dawson's birthday. They introduce the families and the host then bring him out a birthday cake, but Dawson is shit faced drunk and what was clearly supposed to be a short birthday acknowledgment at the beginning of the episode turns into him rambling and talking and wasting all the time so they don't even end up playing the game but instead just do a quick bonus round for both families to win some money and have both of them come back the next show to compete where he is still clearly sobering up. Its shocking they filmed it and aired it at the time, but its also still included in the syndication package, I think I ran across it when they used to air on the Game Show Network, but now there's a classic era Family Feud channel on Pluto TV so I'm sure it comes around at some point in the airing.

He also had many other roles in film and on television, though The Running Man was his final film role.
