Loved the long (Blank Check-esque) run time and the Japan talk! I try to go every year or so, and there were so many experiences they had that mirrored my last time there. Glitch coffee is a good recommendation! It was a long wait, but I enjoyed the experience. And, yes, the Square Enix store is located in this weird two-building mall connected with rooftops and tunnels and Google Maps is no help to narrowing down where you are in relation to it, but definitely a great stop if you're in Japan! And, a few years back, I also got drunk at a Mexican restaurant and started talking to the chefs giving my feedback as a half-Mexican from California. I never spilled coffee on myself, though, so Nick... you're on notice! There is still so much that they have to see, and Nick'll need to cross that ocean again some day. They would love Japanese pancakes and video game pop-up cafes like the Kirby or Final Fantasy cafes. Not to mention all of the towns to visit on a day trip like Hakone or Kamakura.
