hey !! love the builds. how do I place whispering lakes in a world. it will not let me make it a lot.
you need to set the lot as residential rental
Could you do a strip club? Or a functional building with like 3-4 different suites.. nail salon, Pilates studio, hair salon & a barber shop as the suites
For build ideas have you thought about doing like a build for each lot in a world? I absolutely LOVE your beach house build and have such a hard time finding beach/Sulani Realistic style builds to place so I literally just have that house and a wedding lot in sulani right now. I think it would be cool to for sure do a Rebuild of Sulani with a wedding venue, Beach lot with like a tiki bar & grill, a seafood style restaurant build, a Resort build and then how many ever Residentials to fill the remaining lots!
so do yall want another residential build next or one of those that yall mentioned?
Residential please!
I do have a question though. I have your builds in my library, but when I go to place them on a lot, it won’t allow me even with them being on the correct size lot. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Please help 🥺
I’ve been trying to place the 3600 apartment complex
A functional building build with different suites pleaseee

Goodmorning! How do I request a commission build ?
Good morning, you just dm privately with what you’re wanting.
Hey! Okay perfect. I wanted a small furnished law office. A private practice for only like 1 or 2 attorneys & a secretary.
