I feel like an audio involving silly alchemy/potion mishaps could be nice, a potion of true feelings for sfw confession style, or a potion of limitless energy for sfw or nsfw style. An audio of ellfie healing an adventurer listener after a battle could be really sweet. Ellfie finding a human lost in the eleven woods and looks after them (sfw or nsfw works here). I feel like the sky is the limit with audios set in fantasy worlds and I'm really excited for that (I'm a sucker for fantasy audios and for elves). If you wanted to try doing setting specific audios (Skyrim, Warhammer fantasy, fantasy anime, or dungeons and dragons for example) that could be cool, though I'd understand if you don't want to do that in case of possible copyright BS.
