5/11/2023: Replaced the Milli and Kilo Cages with a new standard version. Width: 40mm

31/10/2023:Replaced the Pico cage. This should now have removed the ridge. Apologises for not fixing it on the last one

19/10/2023: Replaced the Nano and Pico cages to remove the odd line and cube from the file.

Today is a big day for the KB3D Chastity cage. I have uploaded to this post the following files:

Cage - All cages in the solid style:

Atto ~5mm Length, 35mm Width

Femto 10mm Length, 35mm Width

Pico 20mm Length, 35mm Width

Nano 30mm Length, 35mm Width

Micro 40mm Length, 35mm Width

Milli 50mm Length, 35mm Width

Kilo  60mm Length, 35mm Width

Ring:

40mm - Close, Standard and far

42.5mm - Close, Standard and far

45mm - Close, Standard and far

47.5mm - Close, Standard and far

50mm - Close, Standard and far

52.5mm - Close, Standard and far

55mm - Close, Standard and far

57.5mm - Close, Standard and far

60mm - Close, Standard and far

This is the biggest initial release of a chastity cage I have ever done. To give you some extra information about the cages.

I have only done some minor testing, and so far it's very comfortable. Due to the larger tongue size, you may need to go up a ring size.

Each ring now has 3 different angles, Close = smaller gap between the ring and the cage. Far, larger gap.

Feedback

This is a prototype, and very early in development, so all the feedback is really needed.

Would love to know what you would change?

Do you like the new changes?

Are the rings the right angles?

Development timeline:

1) New cages - Make the solid version the standard cages. sizes from Atto - Kilo (Complete - requires testing)

2) New Rings - Due to the new curved tongue, and smaller locking mechanism. New rings will be designed. I aim to so 3 different angles for each ring size to vary the ball gap. once the rings are complete I will then share the prototypes with you. (Aim middle of October) - Complete, requires testing

3) Upload prototypes - Testing can begin (middle - late October)

4) Wide variants - I want to include a variant which will be 3-5mm wider than the standard 35mm.  (Early November,)

5)Additional styles -  (Voronoi, Hybrid, Cell) (Late November)

6) Spiked Versions. (December/early2024)

Super excited to run this print off as soon as I get home! Is there any way we can get something like sizing rings? Something like a fast, short print to run off all the ring sizes to get an idea for what size fits best?

So I could make a set of rings, which are not as thick, but still retain the curve. However because of the new tongue design it's harder to get the right sizing without trying the whole lot on.

That makes sense. I suppose I could also just shrink the ring down on one axis. I know it wouldn't give a totally accurate fitting, but it'd probably be better than guessing!

I would recommend starting with the standard version. And 1 ring size up from your normals so I am a 45mm ring. I would go 47.5mm standard. And then if that’s not right, adjust from there. In terms of the ball gaps, there was no set angle, so the close or far, might not be right. Something I would want feedback on :)

I printed the Nao and 45mm standard ring in ABS with no issues. Wore it overnight last night and it is definitely more comfortable with less "poking" from the tongue. I would say you solved the problem you set out to solve. Looking forward to the cage cell so I can wear it for longer.

best one I've tried so far! comfortable once it's on but like all of them I'm still able to turtle out but only just. I think a longer/bigger tongue version would be a very nice option.

I've tried the v4 and v3. and yes the v5 it is a lot more difficult to pull out. I tried the ring angles too. the far was good the standard was more comfortable and the close caused pinching and could not put cage on need to try a size up to see if it will fit.

Is there a recommended pin / way to lock it sorry I'm new to all of this. I didnt see any thing in the files but again Im new and exploring

The 60mm ring feels really confortable to wear. Sadly, I would require a thicker / wider cage for my cock 😅.

Update: 47.5 and atto thru nano seem to have a good gap on the sides more akin to the v4 45mm with a micro cage. Much better sizing with no pinching. I've printed the narrows for atto thru pico and the standard for nano (no narrow yet). Perhaps if the tongue narrowed as it meets the ring the pinching problem could be resolved across most of the small cages with small rings. Original: On V4 I was wearing micro and 42.5. It always felt like the cage was loose and the ring fit perfectly. V5 I'm using 42.5 and nano. I like that it's a more narrow fit cage and the hole at the tip is a lot smaller which i like. The 42.5 close feels better than the 45 close. For some reason the 45 is a weird fit and actually hurts where as the 42.5 doesn't. Very grateful you released a 47.5 because I'm about to print it and try it. The cage back is WAY better. I like the upward curve a lot as the micro v4 was constantly poking me. I did find that I could use v4 rings with the v5 cages too but I need a v4 45 ring because the new curve makes it really pinchy and too tight on the 42.5 Here's the downside. The v5 42.5 ring and v5 nano have a very small gap on the sides that is really pinchy and the 45s gap is worse. Gonna try the 47.5 and see how it goes. I don't mind if I end up filling in that gap on the sides as long as it isn't pinchy. I appreciate the warning that we may need to go up a ring size (in this or a different post). Looks like I need two sizes up lol. I can't wait for the V5 Nano Narrow and the V5 Micro Narrow. Also the cell versions (hopefully with spikes <3 ) Last piece of feedback. I found the atto thru nano print best when rotated on the y axis to 90 degrees and the micro up to the milli are best at 70 degress rotated on the y axis. Idk if you have any print advice from your own experience but a post about it may help others have more printing success. I usually use tree supports on the cages and zigzag supports for the rings. However, the rings frequently fail to print because of the locking mechanism. Any chance you'd be willing to provide gcode files for rings with settings you recommend or add supports to the model to ensure more success for all? I generally print locking mechanism down with a 70 degree y axis rotation. It takes a lot of support material but if I rotate any less the bottom of the ring loses adhesion and starts rocking before being knocked off the build plate. Thats an AnkerMake issue due to speed so I usually don't let it exceed 100mm/s on your designs and I have a 95% success rate on cages and 65% success rate on the rings. Photo link below. Can confirm that lock the cock is a great website for more locks or keys. If you search magic locker you can find them on google. There are some STLs you can download too that are permanent locks or temporary ones and I like those when I’m testing a new cage. hoping the micro will come in wide as well! i think i had a partial/half circumcision as a baby and i have a lot of foreskin around the crown of my glans which does not fit inside the v4, and gets pinched between the cage and my scrotum.

When I load any cage into Cura, I get a warning that there's an error in the mesh, and if I try to slice it fails. I loaded one up in Meshmixer and saw these red lines I haven't seen before. Using the "make solid" tool disappeared the lines and resulted in a sliceable stl, but did also cause some loss of quality.

I saw the error for a bunch of them - Pico, Nano, Milli, Atto, possibly others - the one I loaded up in MeshMixer and saw the red lines on was Pico.

Yeah the Pico I used was from the more recent post. Now I'm wondering if there's some setting in Cura that I need to change - I printed the Pico I modified and a 60mm ring last night, and the ring and - idk what to call it, receiver? - wound up being connected only by support material. As if Cura thinks there are two separate parts.
