It is a weird gray area with the ex bf. On the one hand, if he's telling the truth and the head chef originally started throwing the medication away and he just didn't force him to take it. That still looks bad, but less bad than if he just hid them from the chef all together, because it's not on him if the head chef takes the medicine or not if given the option. However, making that decision on selling the restaurant by waiting until the head chef was no longer of sound mind is pretty terrible. But I think at heart, he's not a bad guy. He has good intentions, but went about them the wrong way. So, it's tricky. I still wouldn't want to be with him if I were Yeon Joo, though.
