Love it even before seeing it! ... Eh, what is that sticky stuff at 02:44 ?

handtoolrescue

I've seen that patent, and it could be it, but there are advertisements of this wrench a few years before the patent date.

That looks awfully thin for scaling up to that size... The ORIGINAL looked thin. You're is nice and beefy! Your King Dick wrench sized up is still a winner, though. Terry's adjustable allowed some flexing for the adjustable side of the claws. This was weird and wonderful. I loved the singer during your filing...

Bob Coombs

Weird and wonderful. ❤️🫠

Loren Watts

Great lounge music to file by.

Maybe add a hole at the back of the handle like a crescent wrench. Creating a unique Hand Tool Rescue twist.

Steve Z

Success! The big one is bigger than the small one which is smaller than the big one.

Oscar Bartos

Glorious and ridiculous. The only thing missing is stamping your branding into the handle

Valentin Rodriguez

Oh the screech of the filing of the thin part was awful lol, still worth it because i love your shenanigans man.

I saw some guy with a beard in the parking lot earlier then when I got to my car to go to work all the lug nuts were looose…

Chris B. Critter

When you said, "nut or bolt," near the very beginning I thought you said, "Nutter Bolt" and spent more time than I like to admit trying to figure out what a Nutter Bolt could be. My best guess was it's a backup reinforcement for if the peanut butter fails in a Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookie.

Eric you always make me smile. Great work with the nails on the chalkboard filing.

Nathan ShrooMaker

Eric great job firstly, as always. But I have an unrelated question: I've got an antique acetelin/carbide lantern and it has a bit of asbestos insulation at the top. What would you do? Id like to remove it and replace it with fiberglass oven insulation. We are talking about approximately 3x3x1 inch of asbestos maximum. Any advice? P.s. I feel offended by your wrench's finger

Nathan ShrooMaker

...and please try to find an old petromax hk500 model lantern to restore. The preheating torch is freakin awesome

David Pearce

This is off topic, but I just joined annually at the middle tier level, so maybe I’m allowed a one time use: You’re doing yourself a disservice, I think, because the description of each tier is exactly the same. Usually stuff gets added as you go higher.

handtoolrescue

I'd wet/oil the asbestos and dispose of it appropriately. Probably a good idea to replace it with Kaowool.
