Who's that girl? It's Jovie! Doesn't really have the same ring to it, does it lol. This movie is ridiculous, cheesy, and just a good ol' time like Christmas movies should be. Also, with that diet, Buddy would've never made it out of childhood lol

I'm SO happy Ilsuk sponsored this, it's my favourite Christmas movie. It's my own little tradition to watch it on Christmas Eve with a hot chocolate, I always look forward to that. It is VERY silly but it does work somehow lol. The jokes are all over the top and exaggerated but they never go too far and the camera trickery to make Buddy look so much bigger than the other elves is hilarious. And I'm also not usually a Will Ferrell fan but he's perfect for this role, I don't think anyone else could've pulled it off tbh. And they never did a sequel because Will says he's worried that they won't be able to capture the same magic again and that's fair enough. Some things are better left just being a one time thing. I'm glad you enjoyed it, this was a fun reaction. 🎅

I’m not sure if anyone told you this, but the girl that stars in New Girl, the one that Buddy falls for, is Zooey Deschanel. She is also the sister of Bones, Emily Deschanel. Also, Buddy’s stepmom is Zoey’s mother in Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.

Love this movie. Definitely one of my go-to Xmas films. I’m not a Will Farrell fan with two exceptions- this and Anchorman.
