As someone who is watching this season for the first time, what I really like about Link (other than the obvious, Travis) is he arrives as a fully developed character. You don't have to wonder what he's going to be like because he already is. If that makes sense.

The whole Owen and Amelia storyline upsets me personally cause I just feel like we’ve been through this song and dance with them already. I know Amelia had her tumor and all that, but I feel like Owen would’ve still run off to see Teddy in Germany regardless. Like they did the marriage thing only to end it and realize that they want each other back. I know marriage doesn’t work for certain people, but to see this happening and knowing that Teddy is pregnant makes me laugh at how this will end up for Owen, cause he doesn’t really seem to know what he wants. Amelia doesn’t deserve him 😭 As for the rest of the episode, it was really good. Link is such a nice addition to the show, and I do agree in liking the new characters. While I do miss them a lot, it takes my mind off of the fact that April and Arizona are gone. I feel so bad that the girl died, and I get where Jackson is coming from with all the emotions. It could’ve very well been him that was hit by the car.

The back and forth is present in nearly every relationship of Grey's. It's not entirely unrealistic but it's definitely toxic.
