I think the difference is that the season ends when the shift ends, so there is a natural winding down. I liked seeing how everyone was dealing emotionally in the immediate aftermath of the crazy day. I felt like it showed a lot of different ways that people deal with trauma, plus gave insight into each character. Dana saying she thinks she is done is totally upsetting, but I understand after that shift. Oh, it happened quick in episode 14, so you may not have heard it (there was a lot going on).... the cops tell them that they found the shooter with a self inflicted fatal gunshot.

You said everything I was gonna say 👏🏻🤣

I don’t think the intention was to do a season 2. I believe it was just gonna be a mini series but because it got so popular, it got picked up for another 2 seasons

Yep I was going to say basically the same thing too 😂 I found it pretty natural that this was a winding down of the shift (a shift that was bananas) and SO interesting to note how vastly different everyone was coping. While I’ve been relating a lot to Mel throughout the season, I think I probably would’ve been like the doc on the excessive weird adrenaline high and then crashing into a pool of tears in the bathroom 😅 What a ride!

Whittaker and Santos have sibling vibes IMO.

Haven't heard this one called boring before. Lol Him taking his leg off makes his "no, I have two hands" quip to Robbie during the mass casualty, pretty funny. The show started with them on the roof and Robbie telling Abbott that if he were to jump off the roof during his shift, it would be rude; as well as comforting him after a hard loss during the night shift. Comes full circle. ❤️

the shooter was found dead last episode Travis🙈🤣
