In the US chiropractors are DCs, doctor of chiropractic. They actually have about 150 hours more training than MDs, and focus primarily on anatomy, neurology, and radiology. I work for a chiropractor bc he was the only one out of several specialists to be able to get rid of my chronic neck pain and migraines. Everyone else just threw me different pills that made me a zombie and PT gave me stretches that did nothing. I get so pissed when people call them quacks. Some definitely are, but some MDs definitely are too.
